> Suddenly; the front door of the mansion bursts open, and a mostly red blurr shoots out of it. The guard is sent flying; performing two full flips in the air; landing a fair distance from her post on her back.

> The flash goes past you. It's moving swift enough you don't even get a clear look. However, it's clearly extremely powerful, it's magical energy running wild. It almost feels like that female bandit daemon...

> The rainclouds dissipate, and an unfamiliar figure steps out, looking very frustrated. Her frustration turns to looking flustered when she notices how many youkai are around.

> Mayina's ice block seems to be shrinking still, it looks like he will thaw in the new few minutes.

> The maid in blue from before... appears as well. Out of thin air next to Remilia. She looks like she's been in a fight. Minor marks on her and her outfit and hair out of place somewhat. You note her eyes shine somewhat red, unlike earlier.

> Remilia crosses her arms. "Well; it seems one of those Phantoms appeared in my basement and tampered with the seal; thinking it was the one that they were looking for, which allowed my sister to break free. Since it just appeared there, we were not aware of the intruder until it was too late."

> The gatekeeper sighs in relief hearing it wasn't her failure.

> "That's why she's kept inside. Flandre isn't the most stable person. She's a danger to others, and also herself. You can do as you please, but I would not recommend approaching her."

> The female daemon is looking, confused, at the ice block across the lake.

> "Is that another daemon?" she asks.

>"Yeah. His name is Mayina, and he's currently in exile for his ex-master's actions. It's a long story, but he's pretty much my responsibility from now on. Do you know him?"

[Tom]

> "Wait do you know which seal they were looking for if your sister's wasn't the right one?"

> "No; but I've not seen one of my own kind for a few centuries." the daemon says.

> "Wait do you know which seal they were looking for if your sister's wasn't the right one?"
> Uh oh we might be a target ... and releasing the seal on us too fast will be fatal...

> "I know that those things are from Makai." Remilia says; indicating the female daemon. "Patchouli told me all about how she summoned her, and we've looked into Makai when looking into history concerning Vampirism. It's obvious that they were looking for the seal between Makai and Gensokyo."

> Be relieved they aren't looking for us

> "So you know how to make magical contracts?"

> "He's going to be in trouble when he thaws since he will run out of energy and won't be able to fly or defend himself and will start aging like humans.  Also things have been very dangerous since this last incident started since the rules aren't being followed and I don't want him getting killed or dying of old age"

> "He won't start rapidly ageing or anything. He'd have the same lifespan. Deamons live a long time, but we're not ageless." the female daemon explains. "Magic or not."

> "Besides... you are clearly too weak to support him..." Patchouli says, before coughing. "And I cannot support a second daemon. If I attempted to do so on a day like today the strain would likely be fatal."

> "Well; I'm not expert on the matter. Vampires are created with an immense amount of innate power. We hardly need to hone our skills. Flandre hasn't practiced or trained a day of her life, and yet she's strong enough that her escape is an incident-level event." Remilia states proudly.

> You vaguely know that Gods run on Faith; back from the Bunbunmaru during that whole incident, as well as the fighting festivals somewhat recently which were largely about gathering faith. You even watched some of those fights. Some weird girl who spoke funny invited you to do so.
