So way back in the annals of history, I was flipping through danbooru. I kept seeing this catgirl pop up every so often. "Puzzle & Dragons? Never heard of it." So I took a gander on pixiv and holy crap, this game was popular - art of the characters all over the place. And oh hey, the game is apparently out in English! Maybe I should pick it up.

Moral of the story - Bastet introduced me to the game. And now she's not only usable but one of the best spike damage leads in PAD. So yes, I'm very happy now >_>

After two full stamina bars in metal dragons and not a single tamadra sighting, I'm starting to really loathe the awakening mechanics in this game.

That's my problem in JP. I just feed it plus eggs for when I have something I care about.

...it's actually the best way to store +'s, isn't it? It doesn't level up, right? I'll have to keep that in mind probably... Hadn't even thought about that.

Well, you don't have to pay an ever-increasing amount based on the level of the one being fed, yes? So it's just the 100 plus the Plus Egg Tax or however one wants to term it each time, right? As opposed to feeding, say, a Lv. 10 monster which would cost 1000+ the extra, and so on. It'd add up pretty fast, no?

It really depends on how much gold you have. Spend enough time headbutting the weekend dungeon and you'll have millions and will never need to worry about it anyway :v

Ah, hadn't really thought about that since I never end up doing so. I do a couple runs for the heck of it then do other things. Thus, I DO notice my gold amount, so if I get more +'d monsters, this'll be pretty handy for them. I almost want a third TAMADRA just so I can have one each to stock HP/Atk/Rcv points, forgetting all about Awakening for a bit.(I don't have anything at final stage that I wanna Awaken anyway.)

I virutally never get a + egg... I even blew 2 days worth of stam on that jewel dungeon or wtf it's called that supposedly has extra + eggs anndd.... I didn't get 1.

So I never do weekend dungeon, but because I never got + eggs, I'm at 3m now ololol.

I'm at 1 million because I feed anything as long as xp gained is greater than money spent. + eggs are fairly common for me.

SHIT I DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE ENOUGH COST FOR THE TEAM I WAS GOING TO TRY HERA WITH

Thank god I'm only two ranks shy and there's still a day and a half before it even starts, though it does put a crimp in my "just run sapphires/Breakers until I get a dark golem/Thursday all day" plan, especially since I do need to run Friday Dungeon some tomorrow (want to grab at least a dubmythlit and a dubamelit to ulti my CDK; need a regular mythlit for my Berserk too but I can at least theoretically get them for better XP/stam from normals and technicals)

Seems to me that "2x appearance rate" applies to tamadra as well as kings. So uh ... my bodin ate his 4th catdragon. I suppose the Bodin Bodin team would not be quite as expensive as I anticipated, especially if US gets Dragon Dogma collab.
In a team with King Bubs, that would be 4 turns of less stalling up front, 5 when I get another tama.

Yeah Amaoo is awakening 2 and I'm raising three Nagas, a Mermaid, and a smattering of random shitty dragons for awakening things :V

Dont settle for 1. Dem dubs are like one of the best subs in the game during lower ranks.

Btw sui. I never played pokemon so i dunno who your avvy is but i recognize the pokeball. But did you draw that? She has virtually no visual qualities i like in an anime girl but shes still cute as heck!

Got my first Dub-Mythlit yaaay! I really wanna use other teams, but my Dark team is so far above my others in usefulness, especially with my having a pretty good leader now, even better than the Vampire I used to lead with, coupled with a number of other people having good Dark leaders too(had Thanatos as an ally this time, mm 5x HP...) it's hard to justify my other teams. Oh well. Am I past the point where a Dub-Mythlit is a good sub, would you all say?

Id use the dragon cuz of its skill too. Dubs are still good though cuz if you got a god or two your teamsize would get gobbled up really quick and all of a sudden that teamcost of 1 comes in real handy again.

When running the dark whiskey dungeon on master with the Suzaku team, it helps to actually have the Suzaku team equipped when loading out after picking my buddy :ohdear: And also now I apparently need eleventy billion mythlits SEND HELP PLZ
On the plus side, the sole cactus I had gotten gave the skill up on Parvati :toot: Not so much for Verche or Ares DAMNIT YOU SPACE INVADERS I still have 14 of them and 2 skill levels to go.

*sigh* Well, the penguin dragons tend to be more valuable I think, so I guess that's that. Not like anything I have that I'd be evo-ing is max level anyway.
