Got my Siren the Enchanter and Graviton Earth Dragon finally, and as soon as I get two more Mythlits I'll be able to evolve my Hades.  Mmm, Ultra Gravity...

It's random, but usually about once a week for sapphires and once every two-three week for golds.
The metal ones seem to show more often than the others.

I decided to try this only to find it unavailable in the Canadian app store. So I tried creating a US account, but in a moment of derp I failed to realize that putting in my actual Canadian address would automagically make me yet another Canadian account. Given I already blew one of my alt e-mail accounts on a Jpn account, I'm all out of alt e-mail addresses for an account...I'm not sure if I'm willing to give a bogus address either (I don't really recall needing to give an address for my jpn account oddly enough, only the prefacture).

So I googled if there was any timeline or announcements regarding a Canadian release, and found:

But uhh. it's still not on the canadian store? is this android only in Canada? blah.. I'm confused.

I wanted to take advantage of the water special, but I got Sylph. Looking at her stats. It looks like she sucks. :(

The good:  Got Undine from the REM!  So much HP!  Also the fire-shield is nice.  Helped me fight the Gigas at the top of the Tower of Giants, it did.

The bad:  I seriously need light/dark monsters.  I have literally NO light ones, and the dark ones I have can't attack for beans.  (True, one of them's still pretty good due to being a resistance dragon, but it's still only in its second form so its stats aren't exactly great.)  It gets kind of annoying when the only viable colors one has are green, blue, and to a lesser extent red.  I'm in Fire Field Nerva now.  Will I get some halfway competent monsters of either type sometime in the near-ish future, or will I need to rely on the REM for that?

There's some good stuff in the tier you're starting on but the drop rates are low, and yeah most of the stuff I actually run are rare/pal machine pulls. (Actually the pal more than the rare - I like the starter cycle)

EDIT: no wait duh the starter cycle are from gifts. But the dragons that start from Lil' [color] Dragons are alright and they're in the pal machine.

Sylphie isn't as bad as I thought. Her stats aren't too far off from Shaitan's. Also, what's the fastest way to get money in this game. I got my sister playing, and while she has 3 rows of metal and ruby dragons, she doesn't have the money to feed them. She's at the flare place, btw.

Just beat the first level of Fire Field Nerva...I really need stronger monsters now. The ones I have just don't do it anymore.  Time to raise up those demons I have and start evolving things!

Gold dragons only happen once a day? Is that why whites are such a pain to level?

A number of reasons, but that's one of them.

If people are looking to level light monsters, you should take advantage of the light dragon dungeon that's going on right now - it drops gold moltdras, which give a hefty chunk of XP.

Those tend to kill me, though. I can't even make it through Satan's Castle.

Considering how my double isis combo still can fail if I can't get at least 5x combos on bosses, I'm not really sure how it's possible to clear some of these later dungeon with anyone else :x

okay now apparently it's over $3 million a day. that's over a billion per year...

Oh man I've been grinding the weekend dungeon on expert non stop

Team composition from Satan's Castle onwards is probably a good idea. Get used to making a team that has advantage over the types that appear and using the first few battles of each stage storing the orbs or charging skills.

Interesting strategy I read for that, if you can consistently do enough damage...You'd need Shiva for it.

Charge/use Shiva's skill to reduce defenses to 0, then just make sure to kill every battle in one round so the effect stays active.  (The Third Eye stays active if the round it's invoked is the round you kill the last enemy.)

How do you guys take down super King metal dragons?

There's a few common ways.

Leaders:

Double Dark Resist - Your leader and a friend leader with dark resist

Resist + Healer - One healer (alraune, siren the enchanter, archangel, amaterasu ohkami) and one dark resist

Odin + Healer - One odin, one healer

Zombie - Resolve team (ogre/orochi/titan + healer with low overall HP), low rate of success due to multiple monsters attacking at once

Potential subs:

Poison - Lilith/Neptune.  Poison bypasses defenses, and Super King has 60000 defense (and 5000 HP).  Neptune is greatly preferred since his evolved forms have a 5x poison attack, and thus should only take one or two turns to kill Supers.

Shiva - Can nullify defense, which allows you to easily take out everything.  His ability pierces, so if you use it then defeat all enemies on screen, his ability will persist to the next battle and so on until you don't kill everything in one hit.

Vritra - For use with resolve teams only, get to one HP then use his ability to take out a Super in one shot

Golems - Dark/Machine golem have Armor Break which reduces enemy defense by 75%.  Combining this with Odin's Gungnir ability will oneshot a Super.

I recommend using resist + auto-heal.  Keep in mind that you WILL need one or more of the above subs unless you want the fight to take a million years.

Hmm...I guess they're out of my reach for now.

EDIT: I'm not sure what determines whether or not I use a helper's leader ability.

If it's someone on your friends list, Leader abilities will work.  If it's just an Explorer, they don't.
