With the possible exception of ESoD, up until Ten Desires beta, Marisa's Master Spark has never been the strongest bomb, despite the fact that it's well, basically known for being a massive beam of sheer destructionness.  It has, however consistently been one of the strongest bombs in the games it has been featured in.

In SWR\S Her time cards Slow everything down(Private Square), Or freeze the opponent in place(Special Stopwatch, Sakuya's World. Im not to sure about SW though)
