> "And where are we now, in terms of cardinal direction and floor number?"
>"You're on top of the southern wall," Ran says. "So just go across the arcade and you'll find the general area."
>Once we get an answer, head off to find Tenshi.
>You leave the little house, and have to take a moment to let your eyes adjust to the light. The immense structure of the Dragon Palace looms before you, the wall of the main palace stretching up into the sky some yards away. To your left is the edge of the wall that Ran's home is perched on, and a massive Arcade below. Taking flight that way, you soar toward the opposite wall, past the doors into the palace that stretch many stories high, and toward the other wall. Calling it a wall is not exactly correct, for it is more of a very long, very tall building with multiple open floors. Soaring along it, you soon find a sizable indoor garden on the fifth story of the complex and approach.
>The garden is at the base of a large courtyard cut into the wall, creating a sort of terraced look where each floor is cut back more than the previous to allow more light in. The garden itself could easily accommodate Scarlet Devil Mansion, and is flush with a wide variety of flowers in bushes, laid out in complex patterns. This seems to be a popular place, many celestials mill about here, and it is a little difficult to find Tenshi; but her distinctive hat stands out from the crowd after some looking around, it seems she is discussing something with a short, white-haired celestial near a collection of surprisingly plain-looking hedges.
