>"She got hit in the head. No big deal."
>"Ah." Patchouli replies.
>"Patchouli, I want to ask you about these books. Was someone reading them recently?"
>"What books?" she asks.
>"I think she means these, miss Patchouli." says Koakuma, indicating the books she's holding.
>"Alright. Well, bring them over here and let's take a look, shall we?" states Patchouli.
>Koakuma walks over to the magician and sets the stack down on the desk. Patchouli plucks the book off the top, one at a time, and briefly studies each one before setting them down.
>"Well, these books definitely haven't been read recently. The last time I loaned these out was years ago...." Patchouli began, before briefly coughing into her sleeve and picking up the book with the annotations, "but this one intrigues me." she turns to address Koakuma, "Didn't I tell you to remove any annotations from the books before you returned them to the shelves?"
>"Yes, you did." Koakuma replies.
>"Then why are there still annotations in this one?" asks Patchouli.
>"Um... I think the year that book was returned the day our mistress hosted that party several years ago. You know, that day where I wanted to enjoy the party so I sort of rushed things?" Koakuma answers.
>"Oh, yes, of course I remember that. That was the night I made you scour the library to fix your shelving mistakes." says Patchouli, "So I assume this was a book that you missed?"
>"Yeah, I think so." Koakuma replies.
>"We'll talk more about this later, Koakuma." says Patchouli with a serious tone, before turning to address you once more, "Anyway, there's your answer. Is that the only thing you came to ask me about?"
