>While they're negotiating, get your turtle army into position. Ready attacks.
> You gesture to the turtles, to have them surround the red-head from above. You note that this is not very subtle.
>Where's Genji?
> Genji is pretty far away still, somewhat near the back of the pack. Turtles aren't known for their speed, and this is only exacerbated by Genji's advanced age. At least, you think so; Genji tends to insist he hasn't passed his prime.
>"You might want to decide very quickly or we'll make the choice for you."
> If she doesn't decide very quickly assume that she wants to die and act to suit.
> "Fine," she snarls, using Altaria to slow her Palkia's descent.
>"Time's running short, and i doubt backup will save you."
> You swear you see her flash a grin for a second, but by the time you blink she's as upset as ever.
I was assuming that Palkia was captured by red-haired Plasma executive whose name I don't remember.
> Why yes, the red-head did keep Palkia in a pokeball.
> Utsuho dives to negotiate, keeping the red-head tracked with her arm-cannon. "Alright, Satori wants your pokemon, your electronics, and you money. And whatever other things you have that she doesn't."
> The red-head holds up her radio and asks it, "Can you extract me?"
> "What do you mean, acceptable losses?" She retorts. "...All of them? Even Pugly? ...I swear, this had better be worth it."
> The red head puts down her radio, clutching it with a vice-like grip as her face turns scarlet in anger. She tells Utsuho, "You can have everything but the Palkia, provided I get a second to spacial rend to base with it."
> "Or I could crush you with a giant fireball, and take your gap-dragon." Utsuho retorts.
> "My pokemon, my money, and all items on my person are acceptable losses," The red head replies through clenched teeth. "The dragon isn't."
