who watches dubbed anime anyway

except for the lulz factor

Um... I do?  Seriously, the only people who really put out crappy dubs nowadays are 4kids, and even then it's less a case of the dubwork being bad and more about the localization. >.>  And I dunno, I guess I, y'know, prefer the soundtrack to be in a language I understand. <.<

Ahem.

Code Geass R3

There I said it, I am looking forward to more Spinzaku

Ooh... Not entirely sure where they can really go with the series, but I look forward to it~  I actually liked R2, for one thing, but hopefully this'll be better recieved than that. >.>

I can't imagine how CG R3 would work if it was supposed to be a serious series. I'm curious, yet sceptic. Gag series would be awesome though  :]

Dunno if this was discussed before in the previous thread.

Bleach
Spoiler:
goddamn stupid Naruto-like plot. Ichigo's dad: I WILL TEACH YOU NEW SECRET MOVE

I blame AF for making me and Anthony addicted to Beelzebub. The panels in this comic are so random that it makes me laugh all the time. I can now only hope for a GOOD animated version in the neat future. (And not like Air Gear)

One Piece is as usual awesome
Spoiler:
Wait so Ace seems to not have any DF powers during his youth yet. And awesome to see we got to meet Dadan like this and Dragon again saving them. Not to mention the Tenryuubito are FUCKING people who needs to die hard.

Oda is just a genius.

I am seriously questioning why is Sonohana not an anime yet

It is, actually. Sonohana is getting an OVA done, I actually don't even know if it's already done, since Fuguriya already announced it on Christmas Day of 2009. If you don't believe me, find the entry for 2009/12/25 in this link, NSFW. You will see an image showing proof that it is getting an anime OVA done.

Hey, some dubs are good.  Superlatively rarely, you find one that's superior to the original Japanese, but there are a few that match it in quality, at least.

You should watch Cantonese dubs then clearly

Then you will know true fear

While it's past the Golden Era of Hungarian dubbing, the dubbing of animes here are quite good, but the japanese is better. They should get better and more voice actors though, I never liked hearing the same people in every series. (Though I don't watch TV anymore, they don't air anime I'd watch, and the japanese is always better.)

Black Lagoon and Baccano! have great dubs (except Rock, but I feel his VA ruins everything).  Helling Ultimate has a pretty good dub as well.

Cheating? I cannot even wrap my head around the point of it. Wouldn't you know you had cheated? How on Earth could you maintain crisp certainty of your superiority to all others? And if you're unable to do that, what's the point of anything?

I watch things subbed and dubbed on a regular basis. :V  The only one putting out English dubs that are not worth the dirt you tread upon these days is 4kids. Having spent a very good chunk of time with dubbed anime, I can tell you that most dubs are at least decent nowadays (JRPGs are playing catch-up, unless its a Squeenix game).

Anyway, the description for Geass Gaiden suggests that its an alternate universe, possibly without the mecha. Expect an edit to this post when/if I can locate it again...

Really?  I thought plenty of stuff happened.  Of course then again, I'm used to fairly long-winded anime.

Apparently, Thomas the Tank Engine isn't one to take crap from anyone.

I don't think that enough people like it, or even read it, to warrant an anime.

Well, I did it. I marathoned the whole damn first season (minus 41 and movie). I really have no life do I?
Spoiler:
Well that and Sailor Moon was one of the first series I watched episodes of at....7 years old?

Overall, definitely no YGO Abridged, not even close. But it had just enough moments to stay entertaining throughout, especially after they introduced more and more characters. Mars and Jupiter alone made it worthwhile (especially the latter  >:D).

I'm just sad that there's one episode to go now. But hey, this has got to get a second season, right?
