Kinda looks like she's turning to her left side and bending down to me. It's hard to tell.

I think it looks like she turns to her right and bends backward, while kicking one of her feet into the air. You'd expect the book to be more visable if she turned to her left.

I still think she's leaning forward and right, by her feat angles. But then this is ZUN so, etc.

Actually, yeah. Looking at the colored strips on her hat and the book, it does look like she is turning to her right and bending down backwards.

Btw, this is the sprite I was talking about.

Actually, when the EoSD sprite makes a similar pose, she moves in the opposite direction, but I still it's pretty plausible that she's just looking back, instead of arching her whole body. But like someone else said, it's ZUN, so who knows.

To me, it seems like Patchy hasn't actually walked in a long time, cause those poses aren't based on any kind of ground-based movement.

I kind of picture her always floating about and when she in the middle of her experiments, she would look back at a shelf and fly towards it to get a missing ingredient without bothering to turn around since it seems to be a wasted movement.

Maybe there are others, but at the moment I can only think of one character who has neither a head/hair accessory or a handheld accessory, and that's Parsee. Could this be the cause of her jealousy?

I'm just being nitpicky, cuz he said "handheld". :3 But in a pure sense, it really does seem that Parsee is the only one without an accessory of any type.

I was going to snark with "a.k.a. all the crap characters" but Kaguya's my second favorite. And Yumemi is fine in my book, because PoDD is my favorite of the PC-98 series.
