PoFV - The intros to Another Dream and Eiki's theme are vaguely similar. Another Dream has a three note repetition at :29. Eiki's theme does the same thing at :50.
MoF - You agreed to that one earlier.
SA - Compare Future Dream at :22 to Nuclear Fusion at :50. Otherwise its more in the "feel" rather than direct similarity.
UFO - You agreed with that one too.
TD - No idea, unfamiliar with the soundtrack.

Clearly, some of these are just vaguely similar, but still the similarities are close enough (imo, anyway) Also I'm not familiar with Fairy Wars, if that even counts.

I can sort of get where you're coming from, and yes I agree with you noting the thematic similarity, which seems to be a trend for ZUN especially in the post-MoF games. However, there aren't really explicit links between the Stage 6 boss' themes and the Staff Roll/Credits themes. (Nitpicking, but the Ending themes are a different thing altogether.)

Some of the melodies and note progression do sound similar, but they are not the same thing. If anything, this looks like a case of seeing patterns that aren't there (there's a word for it too: Apophenia. Who knew?)
In fact, I had a similar experience some time ago trying to find the "Touhou Theme" (the note progression in every single Menu Theme since EoSD (minus Hisoutensoku?) ) in the Stage 6 boss themes. This happened after I noticed how obvious these notes were in the main melodies of Miko and Mamizou's themes, as well as in Kaguya and Eirin's. needless to say there weren't any results elsewhere.

A few other things to point out:
IN - Mystic Maple is in fact based on PoDD's ending theme, Maple Dream. Imagine my surprise when I cleared PoDD the first time.
GFW - Has no Staff Roll theme, but the Ending theme is a slower verion of the Menu theme.

On the topic of screen themes, this is pretty obvious: the fighting games have their own unique title screen ditty, sans IaMP IIRC.

IaMP had it's own title theme too, and it got remixed as 12.3's Character Select theme.

Technically it's not so much of a chain reaction as it is the trail disintegrating (leaving no items/divine spirits) the moment the fairy is killed.

Turns out Sanae's 10D bomb homes towards the boss. It'll go downwards if you're above her.

Also, Futo's last card's last phase on lunatic (when there are only blue amulets and the red rice streams are gone) can be activated on lower difficulties by dying and or bombing. I remember it happening to me a few times on normal.

The bosses can also safe-spot her spellcard (trololo) by staying in the middle of her spinning pentagram, too.

The reason why Yuyuko in TD has one extra spellcard at the end is because the midboss does not have any spellcards at all.

The fighters seem to ignore each other, so they always run together fine. As for the regular touhou games, you can run more than one at a time, it just depends on the game. (I can run PCB and IN together fine, but not IN and PoFV) Can't tell exactly why, since the log error that shows up is in Japanese.

Well the previous comment didn't say that she spoke during her spell card, it's just that it's easily misinterpreted that way.

Also every new character in 10D except the final and extra boss appear twice in the main game's storyline.

You can safespot the first wave of Danmaku bounded field by standing at the default position.

You have to bombrush kogasa in stage 3 of 10D in order to get the bonus fairies that will drop a life piece each. (Kogasa drops 2 life pieces and the other two fairies drop one each, makes it perfect to spam trance.)

All the recurring characters in PoFV were never final or extra bosses. The exception? Yuuka (Except she's also technically a stage 5 boss)
looks like zun doesn't like spoiling people, but then again, we have in 10D extra

In Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, aside from the player characters, only Sakuya has a Japanese name. Incidentally, Remilia named her, so her original name may have been something other than Japanese. (Is it just me, or do I get kind of a Japanophile vibe from Remi? So maybe that is the case. :V) Similarly, Perfect Cherry Blossom is comprised of mostly foreign names... Youmu and Yuyuko seem to have been named that way since the beginning, but Yukari named herself and Ran. Oh, I guess you can count Fairy Wars, too, with only Marisa having a Japanese name (and the Marisa part of that name could go either way). Non-Japanese names steadily decline after that to a point where even the Chinese Seiga uses the Japanese pronunciation of her name. Goodness, maybe I'm looking into names a bit too much...

Yuyuko freaks out if you get right next to her in her first non-spell. This is in Normal Mode and is not altered in any way. Kaguya does something similar in one of her non-spells, but I can't time it right to get a screenshot, sorry. (Possibly others do this, too? I've tested on a few other bosses and haven't found anything yet.) Amusingly, both of them are considered princesses, so it might have something to do with being improper and getting too close to them. Or they just don't like it.

I'm not sure if either of those have any real significance; sorry if they don't!
