"You may want to try Alice Margatroid, who also lives in the Forest. Her magic is color-based, though I am not certain that that means. She is also a first class enchanter. That said, she is a youkai, and may not take interest in you. But she would be a good teacher if you could capture her interest.

And yes, THAT is the secret weapon.
