Also, for the record: just tried donut's 100% failproof method on the second noncard and clipped a knife.  :V

Perfect run of Murasa's stage.  No deaths, captured her survival card, and left the stage with 6.25 lives and 6.66 bombs.  I get excited that I might finally 1cc it, and wait in anticipation for stage 5 to load.

...Did you save the replay? Because I'm almost wondering how it's even POSSIBLE to die three times on that attack <.< Anyway, if you reach her with that many lives again, bombspam may be your best option.

EDIT: And now for some rage of my own... Eirin's Galaxy in a Pot. I can't do it. It's cursed... The vast majority of the time, one of those white bullets will be by itself, with a decent amount of space around it, and it will somehow be in the exact perfect position to precisely overlap with my hitbox. Other times, I'll see a bullet just outside my sprite, try to move, AND IT WILL SUDDENLY JUMP TO KILL ME BEFORE IT REGISTERS THE MOVEMENT!!!! And other times, while trying to avoid the thick cloud of bullets, I'll end up on the circle of familiars, exactly where they're spawning the bullets that are the reason you need to stay inside the circle T_T Seriously, this card... GAAAAH!!!

Whomever said facing Yuka instead of Komachi in PoFV stage 8 was a good thing is a big fat liar. Also, Cirno vs. Shikieiki is amusing.

It's a matter of readjusting....but I still suck at the stage. On my best run, I've lost 2 lives on stage and 2 on Yukari.....she isn't that hard. Until the end, she is about 50% harder and 50% easier than Ran....and then it goes absolutely batshit.

Let's put it this way... I have a capture rate of zero for all of Youmu's cards on Hard mode, and a couple of them on Normal ._. Dear god... She's a nightmare >.< I mean... Seriously... WHAT THE HELL?!!! She's tougher than the entire game before her COMBINED. Actually, I think she may just be tougher than Yuyuko herself T_T ...She may very well be the toughest boss in the entire series ._. I mean... At least Shou has ONE attack that isn't utterly insane >.< And you can take out most of the rest with one bomb... Youmu on the other hand... All of her attacks are seriously absolute nightmares to me (I know, misdirect her first nonspell, blah blah blah... NOT WORKING!!!!) Her first card scares me... A lot... I'd say that it should be a final card in a game, but that leads me to imagining it with bomb immunity and ten times as much health, which makes me feel panic just thinking about it ._.

But Yuyuko's attacks basically try to wall you all the time while Youmu's SLOW DOWN FOR YOU TO MOVE THROUGH  :V

Eirin's Game of Life reminds me of Remilia's first nonspell... Just worse <.<; Gah, why can't I do this card...? Or Apollo 13, which I have a 0/21 capture rate on, only one of those being on anything other than the first wave ._. Or Omoikane's Brain... Or Earth/Galaxy in a Pot, or Dragon's Necklace, or... God I hate IN stage 6, both routes >.<

Goddamnit, Lunatic DDBB and BoWaP. I was so close to a DDBB capture. BoWaP on the other hand I died three times to, each of the deaths on a bullet I thought I was out of the way of. <_< Border of Graze and Clipdeath is more like it.

BLOODY HELL

MS Hard.  PERFECT though stage 4, until I get rammed by one of the spiral fairies from the bottom.  Stupid mistake.  (Also note I died with FIVE BOMBS in stock.)  I then bomb literally on the last knife in the stage, because I ram it.

I begin Yuki and Mai, and CLIPDEATH HELL IS ON!  SERIOUSLY WHAT THE HELL HOW DID I GET HIT

Also I'm raging at UFO Extra again. This time it's because it gives nearly no opportunities for TASing anything. The stage is terrible for that.

Most of it is that I think it's just ridiculous to have such a HUGE gap between difficulties <.<; Normal mode is just absolutely insane beyond belief, and I honestly think it's tougher than Hard mode of PCB and EoSD. It should not feel like you're playing somewhere between Hard and Lunatic when you're only playing Normal... I mean, since when did stage 2 & 3 bosses have their ENTIRE list of spell cards as actually being threatening?

I agree that UFO Normal (and SA for that matter) are harder than EoSD, PCB and MoF on Hard mode.

I haven't 1cc'd any of those games on hard mode and I did UFO normal within two days of its release and SA normal within a few months of its release. :|

Try Hard Mode, then you'll see how Normal's difficulty fits quite well between Easy and Hard.

Yeah, the difficulties are actually pretty evened out. Comparing SA and UFO, I'd say it's about
A{4,8,16,24} to B{6,13,20,28}

Bombing "reflex" is now horrendous because of all time times that I refused to bomb. Further, it would seem that I'm out of practice for S2. Either that, or I was relying too much on SanaeB frogs to clear the stage. Either way, 1cc ReimuA won't be happening today.

Installled UFO's English patch, started Stage 6 with SanaeB and... fuck.
No wonder she's declared a Nazi and Byakuren's called Youkai Jesus.
If her shot types wouldn't work so well, I wouldn't use her at all.
