> Well, that's one theory anyway. However, you also remember Kogasa has said several times she doesn't eat, and how bad she is at surprising people. No-one knows if Kogasa gets sustenance from Surprise, not even Kogasa herself. Even then, it's not known if she needs it to live, in which case it's a mystery how she's still alive, or if she just gets a 'high' from it, judging by her happy reaction whenever she surprises someone.
