I don't think so. But then again, a super player doing this doesn't really come as a surprise. When considering that game, only three trouble spots comes to mind. Momiji, PWG and to a much lesser extend Hydro Camouflage. Even in UFO it appears that the super players have the skills to perfect Shou and Byakuren back to back in the same run so a full perfect run of MoF is pretty average from their kind, especially considering how MoF top scoring is mostly just that. A perfect run, save for a bunch of situations where easy parts are bombed for greater score. (Except Momiji)

I think the super players could perfect any given Touhou game in its entirity if that's what they wanted to do. Without all that much hazzle even. If you can consistently perfect Byakuren and Shou then you'll probably not have any kind of problem with any other boss in the game. Things like Greatest Treasure I'm not sure about since they don't capture it but makes sure to bring a bomb. As for EoSD, rank might become a huge bitch so I'm not entirely sure about that one.

I just 1DNB'd VoWG, and only because I derped and moved into a card that was part of a wall that was heading around me.

Yes, MoF is one of the easiest lunatics to perfect. People have perfected SA and UFO as well, and they're significantly harder.

he also proved it possible to attain a 1600 point item extend, and recorded a no-miss/no-bomb/no-border break full-spellcard scorerun on Lunatic, attaining 1.63 billion.

misumi also got pretty close on perfecting EoSD, dying only once on Stage 4 (you know where). HS already did a perfect run with a slightly lower score of 1.61B. Saki perfected SA and SHIN perfected UFO. All of them are available at royalflare except misumi's.

TD has been perfected dozens of times, IN I don't know about, but YASU has probably done it.

I beat Mokou. Hourai Doll ate my resources; I had 2 lives and 3 bombs and finished with 0 of each, but I'm glad I did this so soon. Thank you Spell Practice.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think this was more exciting than my UFO 1cc. (I let out some kind of victorious guttural roar when Yumemi finally went down.) It was a great run too (with a suitably terrible score); no deaths all the way to Yumemi, and she only killed me twice, so I finished with three lives remaining. (My character was Rikako if you can't tell from the pic.)

Now only two remain: SoEW and HRtP...

Wow. I am seriously impressed. I was not expecting you to get it so quickly. o-o It took me two weeks of straight attempts to finally claw my way to a lunatic 1cc (Yumemi BTW). Good job.

Second 1cc of UFO Easy with MarisaA (first was ReimuA)...for me, it's an accomplishment.

First time capturing Star Maelstrom, because I tried dodging it vertically like Zil suggested in this thread.
Lots of derpy deaths throughout, but it's done. Now MarisaB :V

No idea how difficult that game is, but judging from the other reactions here, that wasn't shabby at all, congratulations! Don't know anything about the other games either, but at your current pace clearing all games before your anniversary doesn't sound too far fetched, does it?

I managed to capture the following MoF ultra hard patterns:
Hina's last spell
Nitori's final nonspell & last spell
and also not die until post Momiji walls of doom.
Unfortunately I ended up failing due to a bunch of mistakes on Stage 6.

That may well be necessary when I get to it. For now I'm working on SoEW, but you wouldn't happen to know which shot type is the best would you?

Best shot type in SoEW? This is one of the few games where it's really down to your preferences.

Reimu A has a great spread and on lunatic and max rank (lol good luck) is the only shot type who can outrun some attacks, but is also low on damage and often too quick for her own good.

Reimu B has a good, medium speed that serves you in most purposes, and homing at max power that really helps out in damage and in survival. However, even one power item below max and your power is curbed considerably since homing doesn't kick in.

Reimu C is extremely strong and makes short work of bosses, especially Marisa, since at max power the bullets are piercing and hit all of her orreries suns. However, she's also very slow and simply does not have the range to survive certain attacks on lunatic (hello falling bouncing balls in stage 3).

Out of all of them, I prefer Reimu B, but choose whichever you think is best. Despite the rumors, SoEW lunatic is one of the easiest to clear once you know what's coming. You simply have to suffer a few times to know what those comings are. Good luck~

On another note I captured Heaven Spider's Butterfly-Capturing Web in 3 tries after dying over twenty times to Apollo 13 Hard. I tried to safespot it but it wasn't really working so I ended up doing it the normal way.
I also captured Blind Nightbird and Unseasonal Butterfly Storm, although the latter was with Remilia's familiars. UBS is too hard for me otherwise.

This is the first time I've touched the stage ever since my first clear of it, which was six days ago. I'm kind of speechless. ~_~

Two deaths to the survival and two deaths to Subterranean Rose. Most of these were results of being distracted. Mainly, thinking about that Genetics capture. The only honest death was the first, so at the very least I can say that stupid deaths were -not- the cause for losing my perfect Extra run. So, yeah, not as pissed as I could have been. On the contrary - I feel pretty fucking great right now.

Personally I had more trouble with Game of Life and 2 of Kaguya's last spells than either of those, but you're close.  At the rate you're going it shouldn't take too long.

Also I had the horrible idea of trying to get a 'perfect' IN score.dat, involving 4860 different 1ccs (all difficulties with all teams/solos)
Easy and normal are trivial, I already did extra, most of hard won't be too bad, and I just got the last team lunatic 1cc today (Scarlet team)

Said run had the WORST Wriggle battle ever, the BEST Mystia, the BEST Keine, a predictably bad Reimu because I have almost 0 practice with her, an ok Reisen, a HORRENDOUS Eirin (3 bombs, a life, and 2 more bombs? that's what I used on Reisen...), and a fantastic Kaguya, but not as good as my Magic team run of her.

If I recall correctly, that unlocks one the most god-awful spells in the history of Touhou...

Fantasy Heaven...Be prepared for a several hour grind to figure out where to go when, wait for Reimu to move the right direction and not screw up.  Although when I captured it I was set for another 2-3 seconds, so...
