What's your process?

I have a now largely deprecated tutorial, so the best way is probably to catch me on Livestream, if you have like 8 hours to kill. Sometimes UncertainKitten comes to guest-commentate. While wearing a gag.
I also post drafts, WIPs and random bullshit on my Photobucket.

Here's some more bondage (NSFW) (Pixiv login required). No dildos or bamboo torture, but y'all will just have to deal.

What's interesting here is that I tried a new technique where I color my lines, then set them on Multiply with the opacity kicked way down. Lets the colors do more of the talking, makes for a nice soft modern painterly look. I really kind of like it, especially since it lets me get away with leaving the lines a little rougher. Definitely worth further experiments in the future.

MangaStudio handles tablet input interestingly--the line comes out thick and then kind of 'bounces' or snaps back to the proper pressure-adjusted weight. The results do look like something you'd get from a real ink pen, though. Definitely takes some getting used to, but it's an interesting tool, and helps me ink nice and fast.

Another feature that I like is how it handles panels--you can generate panels just by throwing down some lines, and you can make each panel its own layer group automatically. Text support is actually kind of weird (if you change the properties of some text and then make any additions to that text, the new characters come out in default font, which is pretty annoying), but again the software can generate dialogue balloons for you, which is a lifesaver.
