Haha! Similarly, I've named my desktop "hakurei" and laptop "kirisame" but they are shortened up usually with the OS since I multi-boot (eg. "haku_mac", "kiri_7", etc.)

Ehe, so in that regards a WD Caviar Black can be called Aya? (no wait, she should be SSDs given her speed).

Also it's funny since those "Green" drives tend to spin down and run slower than standard ones. Fits Yuuka even better.

And as for the Hitachi Deathstars Deskstars...I don't even know who fits them.

SSD - Hakurei (60GB containing Operating System)
Hard Drive - Gensokyo (2TB containing programs)
Hard Drive - Koumakan (1TB containing pictures, videos, downloads, music, etc.)
External Hard Drive - Hakugyokurou
Portable External Hard Drive - Seirensen
8GB USB Drive - Hakkero
2GB USB Drive - Luna Dial

Typically I name my large drives after places and my small ones after objects. My brother joined in by calling his computer Misty Lake and his USB Drive Cirno.

And as for the Hitachi Deathstars Deskstars...I don't even know who fits them.

And why do I feel like naming all my AMD/ATI cards Reimu and NVIDIA ones Sanae? (As for Intel...well, Kogasa surprises the poor chaps who have Intel GPUs, myself included (damn x201), with shitty framerates and poor OpenGL performance).
