Just beat Chapter 2. Feeding mind-controlled miners to an alligator so that it would develop a taste for them and eat more miners on its own really drove home just how evil the Cooper Gang is.

...Either that, or I'm way overthinking a cell-shaded game starring a raccoon, a pink hippo, and a crippled turtle.

I love Meru. Which isn't a surprise since Genki Girls are usually my favorite types. I knew we had a winner when she forced her way into the party and renamed it Meru and Friends. But when she got her Dragoon Spirit and spent the next five minutes bouncing around the room she skyrocketed into my favorite slot.

Meru is amazing and should always be in your party. The third spot can really go to anyone not named Kongol (though I cannot recommend using Shana, because leveling her dragoon level is glacial at best).

Just finished Castlevania Dracula X. Not a bad game, but I can see why it was such a disappointment to many. Impressively, Konami managed to make Dracula a challenging fight. Too bad he's the only challenging part.

Replaying Eternal Sonata, making it about the 2nd RPG I've ever gone through more than once. Reason being that the first playthrough was a hilarious 3 player run where we were just messing around most of the time. Plus there's extra stuff to do on a 2nd playthrough and the enemies all get buffs.

I'm enjoying it so far despite the glaringly obvious flaws. The aesthetics are still wonderful.

Story is not too interesting (I've just got to Dillmoor though, but I have a feeling it's just gonna play out like any of the FF games); graphic and music are beyond awesome.

Picked up Super Robot Taisen W after letting it grow mold for nearly a year on my shelf. Also playing Another Century's Episode: R. Bonta-kun fighting side by side with Aquarion, Lancelot and Gurren Mk.II is just so much win.
