Then Touhou 12.8 would never happen due to her not being strong and having low self-esteem of herself, thinking that she would never win the war and thus did not participate in it.

Ultimately Kanako was the one who moved the shrine to Gensokyo. Suwako just went along with it. Without losing the Great Suwa War and having Kanako take over, Suwako would still be in control of her shrine and it would have probably stayed in the outside world (the wiki implies Suwako was reluctant at first, so it's doubtful she'd ever consider moving to Gensokyo on her own). Which means no Sanae in Touhou. There.

What if the Aki sisters won the Great Suwa War? (Hey, they're goddesses too!)

The Aki Sisters would have become Bosses with Minoriko being the EX Boss due to her younger sister status, Gensokyo would become overflowed with Autumn and there would be way too many potatoes and Reimu and other Protags would have to face Autumn themed bosses by eating them, oh and popularity yeah that...

Oh they surely do. They're both oni after all. But if they got really serious about it?

As far as I know, oni can't drink too much. As in, it just doesn't happen. Ever. A lot of sake would be required and guess what? Suika just happens to have the power to gather that sort of thing. Luckily, despite having a limitless constitution and literally all the sake in the world at their disposal, their stomachs aren't bottomless. Which is why Suika will eventually win, as Yuugi gorges herself with sake and fills up - she can't change her size, after all. Or change the density of the sake in her belly.

The only unanswered question left is, where does this leave Parsee?

So. Touhou and Katamari-Damacy. Go.

It's not.

But whatever.

Reimu and Marisa would probably be the protags once again, and while you will lose the ability to shoot bullets, you get to drag along with you the Gap Hag (Reimu Option) or a Kappatech Vacuum Machine (Mari Option) and must collect a certain amount of bullets to advance the stage.

How do you die? Well, the boss will be running all over the screen and if you run into it you die, or if your hitbox touch any bullets that aren't covered by the option.
