This makes her from the beginning a biased and unchangeable -whore- of a judge. Who even -knows- what her power sees as black and white. What kind of guideline is she using? Some god-woven superior set of rules? Whatever it is, I do NOT doubt its filled with more than one clause of bullcrap. Shes the worst idea of a judge ever, because she can't really look at things if she uses this power in her judgment. Its considered a social flaw in reality, it doesn't make you a super judge.

You have to look at the Shinto/Buddhist standpoint here. According to the mythology inspiration there IS an absolute right and wrong in the universe, and a Yama's making a mistake about that would be as 'easy' as violating the laws of Physics in the real world. If there is anything shady it's a problem with THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE or the Karma cycle itself and not any gods in particular.

In other words, if you disagree with the Yama's judgment you disagree with reality itself. Can you convince it to change its mind?

Eiki DOES make mistakes in fanworks because FANS ARE NOT INFALLIBLE, not because there's a problem with her character.

So, you think that Shikieiki's power gives her a mindset that is despicable in the real world while it supposedly enables her to make infallible jugdements. This mindset is despicable in the real world because humans cannot make infallible judgements; There are no objective moral standards that one could refer to. Shiki, by definition of her ability, can judge anything by these standards.

My point is:
You come to the conclusion that Shiki is a bad character because you don't believe her powers can work the way they are said to work. You think Shiki is bad because her power is unrealistic.
