This guy came into my mind while I was in the shower. Then I thought - why not taking him out? I even imagined a Bunkachou 3 featuring him! So here he is.

Name: Raiden Shinryoku (視力来伝). 視力 (shinryoku) stands for 'power of vision' or 'eyesight', and although it should be read as 'shiryoku', its reading was changed for aesthetical reasons. 来伝 (raiden) translates as something like 'intermediate of the future' or 'of what's to come'. As his partner, Satoshi (サトシ), a professional filming camera that started transforming into a tsukumogami by the effect of the Kobito Magical Mallet, but had its transformation interrupted with the end of the incident. His name is not written with kanji, but it'd mean "guidance" or "admonition".

Species: Crow Tengu

Occupation: Currently unemployed cameraman

Abilities: Raiden has the peculiar ability to forecast the weather using his nose - each weather has a different smell, but that's all. His filming camera, Satoshi, was a normal object before the Shining Needle Castle incident, but after it suffered the transformation, it came to possess a living being's behavior, and to act like a pet to Raiden. Besides, it acquired the typical abilities of a weapon that's almost becoming a tsukumogami, like

- Firing laser projectiles and various danmaku through the lens;
- Give the opponent's vision a determined effect, like negative film vision, blurring or a sepia effect;
- Assimilating Spell Cards or skills filmed from another opponents;
- See some seconds of the opponent's movement ahead of him (that only can be done when Satoshi is attached to Raiden's head);
- Pausing, rewinding or fast-forwarding danmaku.

Of course, Raiden has the normal abilities of a tengu, like becoming a crow at will, flying, and unhuman agility and speed.

Age: Since he is a young tengu like Aya Shameimaru and Hatate Himekaidou, his estimated age is over 1000 years.

Appearance: Raiden has a pitch-black, short and messy hair and navy-blue eyes, with typical tengu black wings on his back. He wears a white T-shirt and a dark blue cameraman jacket with it. He often wears black jeans and sneakers, but he might also appear using tengu sandals. Raiden also carries a shuzaichuu armband (the same as Aya's) on his left arm, and a microphone on his belt. Satoshi looks like an ordinary filming camera, but his lens has a dark red gleam. He can alter his form to attach to Raiden's head and cover his partner's right eye with the lens, so that Raiden's powers will increase. I am yet to try drawing something, but I'd appreciate a fanart from whoever's interested.

Personality: Raiden is a cheerful and out-going tengu, sometimes even more than Aya. He is very fond of working, but his ADD makes him very clumsy when doing serious work. He always struggles to be helpful and is quite talkative (sometimes speaking more than necessary) and due to that, he maintains lot of relationships with the most different youkai studying at the Mountain University, although being friendly and good with words is a pre-request to be a good journalist. He doesn't like violence, but uses danmaku when necessary for self-defense, and since the incident, Satoshi became both a weapon and a mascot to him. Curiously, Raiden has a mix of fear and curiosity about humans, since he has never seen one in person.

Location: He lives in a humble apartment left by his parents in the Youkai Mountain, close to the tengu settlement.

Relationships:
- Aya Shameimaru: High school friends which haven't met each other in a long time. She currently has a crush on him.
- Hatate Himekaidou: The same as Aya. Hatate also has a crush on Raiden, which leads to she and Aya doing "reporting battles" to impress him.
- Various kappa and tengu: Raiden has a lot of friends from the university.
- Morin Tanashima (name under pendance): A tsukumogami from a yo-yo, and another fan character under planning. While filming with Satoshi, he spotted her venturing around the Mountain, looking lost. He brought her home, and she is currently under his care. They're becoming even more fond of each other.

Name: 雨森  ばすら - Basura Amemori (English style)

Her first name is a Spanish word meaning 'trash' or 'sweepings'.  Her last name is a combination of Kanji from Marisa's and Rinnosuke's last names, for reasons that will soon become clear.

Title: The Unusual Second-Hand Tsukumogami

Species: Youkai - tsukumogami (natch)

Occupation: Messing with peoples' belongings.

Ability:  Unexplored junk heaps are everywhere in Gensokyo.  Mr. Kirisame's second-hand shop.  The Voile library.  Rinnosuke's antiques store.  The Myouren Temple basement had an entire mausoleum sitting in its basement!  In one of these locations, a heap of trinkets sat unattended for so long that it birthed its own youkai.

Ever lost your keys?  Ever said to yourself "I know the wrench was in this drawer before, where did it go?"  You've been struck by Basura.  Does she go through peoples' piles of stuff out of curiosity?  Or is it revenge for being uncared for, and she vows to make people appreciate what they have?  Nobody knows.

Age: Just a scant few months old, but looks to be in her mid-teens.

Appearance: She wears a patchwork dress of various brown, yellow and red colors.  her hair is curly and a messy gradient of the same colors as her dress.  From a distance you'd almost think she was wearing camo.

Personality: At first she seems as flighty as any youkai, but if you talk to her enough you'll see she also has more morals than most.  She also has a massive amount of trivia stored in her head, which she likes to bore her friends with.

Location: Hides out in the Forest of Magic, but can be found anywhere that people store things.

Relationships: Almost nobody in Gensokyo knows of her yet, but those that do think of her as an annoyance and a pest.

I always thought about a mess-making charcter with trash affinity, and seeing someone has imagined that too is awesome. That'd lead to a lot of crazy danmaku, I think. However, 'basura' means trash only in Spanish, not in Portuguese. The correct word for than in Portuguese is 'lixo'.

Whoops, my mistake.

I could see her doing stuff like Doctor Doom's molecular shield, for any Marvel vs. Capcom fans out there.  Who knows?  Maybe her ability to mess with trash would come in handy.  She could be Sakuya's official knife-collector!
