Unlock phantasm stage in pcb

I don't know how to unlock it, I already beaten the extra stage and already have over 60 spell card captured only with the extra stage but i don't have the stage yet,  please help

That should be the only requirements for unlocking it. I even have it written down in a notepad in the same directory:

"Unlocking Phantasm

To unlock the Phantasm difficulty of Extra stage for a specific character and type, you must beat the Extra stage with that same character and type. You must also "capture" (beat without bombing or dying) 60 unique Spell Cards, all characters combined."

I'm guessing you already thought of this, but just in case: Did you make sure the game recorded your 60 spell captures (on the results screen)? PCB doesn't actually save the game until you either finish the game or game over (and choose not to continue or run out of continues, if applicable), so if you Esc-R or Esc-Q or something, your spell captures won't count.
