Mugen Touhou installation

I wanted to try the Mugen Touhou (All stars?)
I downloaded a bunch of .rar files which might have to be fused together. (Inside them are .exe files) I tried to fuse them, but the .exe file I made didn't work. I somehow managed to install the game from the .exe file that was in the first .rar file, but what do I do with the other ones?
(The other ones from the 2nd to 6th .rar file are apparently damaged, or at least 7 zip tells me that...)

If you extract the first RAR file with 7-zip, it should automatically fuse and extract the other RAR files.

Another question though:
How do I add more characters?
