Yeah, to anyone who has seen the release footage, Metal Gear Solid V has been announced.

No gameplay in the trailer... but I think it's worth saying that the footage itself is worth it.

Any hype for it? Any interest at all? Opinions and stuff at the ready~ XD

It would never be the same without him. I also came to recognize him as Snake if he was ever going to be in the movie. The last part SOOOO didn't sound like him. I wish they would've atleast used a voice synthesizer with Hayter as a sample though.

Anyways, atleast the game will be a change of pace from now on. Judging from the trailer, it'll be a different gameplay element. Though I wonder how this follows the plot? Between MGR and MGS4? I mean seeing from the trailer, I see both Big Boss and Solid Snake there. Big Boss seems like he was rescuing Solid Snake? Or maybe I didn't see that right. I mean the last part said, he was 9 years out of commission. Maybe this was between Big Boss' life during his Foxhound days.

I can't wait for this game~

All I can say about the trailer is "wow." Should be interesting...

Too bad I can't enjoy the series because I'm apparently lousy at stealth. I stepped in a puddle in the first room of MGS1 and I can't mash fast enough to choke enemy guards. :/

My thoughts exactly. Guarantee you Doyle is gonna be Big Boss, and Hayter will be back as Solid Snake. I'd bet my best goat on it.

Either way, I'm excited for this. I'm just hoping they cut back a little on the exposition and convoluted techno shit this time around. More MGS3, less MGS2/4.
