League of Legends Thread 6 - now with 1200% more Nerf guns

Just had my worst game so far.

Losing all lanes, team went ~2/30, with me going 0/7/0 on my first time as Taric. Got shoved top support against a Kayle. My lane monkey overextended early, leading to his death. After that, it just spiraled downwards, with Wukong just going somewhere else at lvl 6 or so. Kayle would get me every single time. Impossible to run away from and no safety under the tower either since she would dive with ease. Our other lanes lost big as well and the teamfights, well you can guess.  :derp:

Going games in skype with friends is fun, especially when you're abusing your friends noobish-ness and the sheer fact that everybody on the BR server is still a newb to get free wins :V

Don't have the actual numbers here, but three games in a row we got a surrender at 20 kinda thing just because they were feeding me real hard at top.

Also gaming with friends while on skype makes all the difference.

i am pretty sure it's renekton because lifeguards just sit around and scope chicks most of the time and renekton bot is always asking the lore folk if the new female champions are attracted to scales

renekton bot is a pretty famous poster. he does a lot of humorous fic posts that get really popular and asks a bunch of joking lore questions in the AMAs that have been coming out with new champions

he basically roleplays the best version of renekton ever conceived constantly and it is amazing

Is it normal to become completely useless as support leona if you get a bad start?

Leona really relies on dunking hard early game so she can get her items quicker since she fights in the front lines and needs tanky items like Aegis to not melt instantly in teamfights. Leona is not a good pick if you aren't sure you can dominate the bottom lane, but she's one of the best picks if you are.

Leona is not a good pick in solo queue, but she's one of the best picks with a partner.

The thing about Leona is that if you're on Skype or the like with someone and you can coordinate well, she's really, really strong, but in most cases when your lane partner watches you dive and then goes back to lasthitting, Leona will end in tears and sadness.
