That might explain it, they're probably still in the process of patching things up and whatnot.
Here's hoping that not just they can recover, but all of japan that's affected by the chaos.

My best idea is to use cost upgrades, then get whatever run cart you like best.
Resist+ carts are moot if you can avoid getting hit in the first place.

How far were you when you collected the data? I ask because the sweeper shotgun and some of the blasters do more damage with distance.

I was told that the distance only affects how many bullets it actually counts damage for.

That said, there was no testing involved. This is purely taken from the given int and force as well as the amount of bullets fired per shot.

I see. It always looked like shotguns outdamaged reg. blasters to me, but everyone said use blasters, so I kept using them.

Edit: How do you feel about the minibazooka for frac? I like to use it during the first part of the boss.

I got one looking for a Stardust Cannon. Put it on my Shino and i like the results. Not as much as the Negatron Rifle, but eh...]

btw, do you guys ever find yourselves dissatisfied with the bullet speed of the Stardust Cannon? I want to tune it for speed, but I can't find myself willing to give up range nor ammo.

I wish there was a tool to restore broken slots. I have all these 3-slotters, but I'm afraid of breaking them all. btw, I was trying to increase the TGH of my Jikun, and I was looking at laz AMs. Slotted AMs require RT though. Anyone know a better alternative, preferably UC. I've tried Turtlebacker AMs, but i really want that strength.

Don't tune it for speed. I did, the difference is unnoticeable. .-.

Destructor AM2. +1 str +1 tec +2 tgh. Should have plenty of 2-slot and 3-slot ones from friend gifts.

Really? I'm disappointed. i really wish there was a testing type room where you could test stuff out like that.

I do like Destructor AM2s, but the problem is that I like having WLK.

Laz AM, Destro AM2, and Turtle AM are your only choices, and for what you want Laz AM seems to be the only arm that raises all the stats you want while having +2 tgh.

If you don't mind +1 tgh instead, there's always Cyberoid AM.

I've never gotten any weapon from 2* bosses, only headgear (And I've done 2* berz a zillion times!). However, doing 3* Berz got me scout rifle on the first try and some other stuff which I forgot.
