Yeah, a flag must be on right side.
And, if you watch carefully, you'll notice that her left eye is a bit larger than right, that gives her an... interesting expression. :3
Though you advance, that's for sure. So, I can see some bones in her arm.

Hm... if you watched from Suwako's side, the note would be perfectly on right side.

Well, when I saw that the eyes are wrong, I kinda like it, so I keep this way :)

I am so inspirational Kogasa looks cute, but I think that it lacks something to give the "movement impression". If you crop her head and show to someone, this people won't be able to say that she is in movement. There is no wind on the hair, speed effects on the cloth or in the air. Also I think that the Umbrella's tongue should bend more to the left <--- in the place where it's touching the snow. And the most important detail, you could put a tear in the Umbrella's eye for comic effect :V

Oh hey I haven't posted here in forever.

Well, now I tried to draw something more "happy", so I drew this one, I don't know if it is really right but I liked that smile :P

@Kaze_Senshi

Yeah I kinda screwed up the movement part, but by the time I realised it, it was kinda too late for me to make changes, so I was like "screw it."

Also there is no snow (I was too lazy to even draw the ground. Hoho)

That Sunny Milk looks a little better than the rest. Please lrn2draw better eyes. It's a real glaring problem to me at the moment.

Hey bro, don't wanna be rude or anything, but everyone's been noticing that you're too hard on people. Criticism is very much welcome here, everyone loves criticism, but a bit of tact is advised. Don't just go "lrn2draw" on someone, that's rude and unproductive. Thanks.

I am glad that you liked her smile :) I need to study more about shading in general, this includes the eyes part. For while since I don't know it well I don't shade too much because I think that my shading makes the drawing looks "dirty" or strange :P

Anyway here is one little little drawing that I made, the others that I posted here were using a half A4 page, so I liked this one too :V

For one, shading within the eye usually follows the eye contour and the shadow around the face usually go down all the way to the chin. That's what I do at least and you may have some wacky lighting you may want to try out.
Also taking a look at my flash drive, that's one small drawing. Either that or I have no idea how large is large when drawing on paper.

I am starting to try to rotate more the heads, this one I rotated it a little to the right/up. So how it looks? Does it look rotated?

The back of your neck should go more smoothly into the head line and not be at such a noticeable angle.
e: well it won't actually work for that angle, so nvm
And it does look rotated, but it's not that noticeable.

Thanks! :)
Not sure what style this is if it has one, but I used mostly the brush and blur tool in Sai. The minimum opacity for the brush was at the lowest with the minimum size just slightly below max.

Cute colors :)

Be careful with the head's contour line when you change its angle. As you spin it, it takes the shape of the cheeks/nose, like this one. The top left/right faces look a bit flat.

Cheekbone's a little too high. It's usually at the level where the nose is, unless you plan for Nue to have a high cheekbone as a defining character trait.

Eyes are too far apart from each other

Chin looks a little wonky. Slanted in the wrong way, I'll bet.

Please learn to draw ears.

This tutorial should help. Pointy ears are only normal ears except skewed in one direction

Knuckles are in a straight line. That's not a good thing. Look at your own knuckles, they're set in a curve.

Arm is thick, so it looks like the hand is part of the arm itself. Remember that the hand is wider than the wrist.

Her boobs look wrong. It looks like a really long curve down.

Kaze Senshi, I feel like you might benefit from drawing based on models or tracings. Or reading a lot of manga.
NotAPirate went into detail above (and while I think he was a bit harsh, I also don't think it was condescending or anything, since he gave solid advice), but I think the better advice would just be to keep drawing and practicing, because the things that are off in your art are things that will be solved by just continuing to draw.

Some specifics from me: the forearm starts off a bit thick from the elbow and then narrows until you reach the wrist; the palm widens out from there. The knuckles are more of an arc than a straight line. What I see of Nue's upper right arm makes me think that her shoulder is narrower than her wrist, so that needs fixing. You did a better job on Reisen's neck than you did Nue's, imo; her shirt collar has depth there, whereas Nue's shirt collar is tight on her neck.

It ain't bad but it can be better if you keep practicing and learning to add detail here and there and continuing to work at it. Good luck.

As long as we're on the subject, there is certainly something to be said for constructive criticism, which most of NotaPirate's post does seem to be.

Please learn to draw ears.

This, however, is unnecessarily crass for your (or anyone's) purposes. Please try to avoid such negative phrasings in the future when doing art critique.

Or reading a lot of manga.

Don't do this. Any professional artist you can name, with the possible exception of Rob Liefeld, is also capable of drawing realism and otherwise outside their style. This is not a coincidence. To draw with any convincing sense of proportion, volume, perspective, or other fundamentals, you must know what basic shapes make up the object you're depicting; how those shapes will appear under different perspectives; how light and shadow will interact with those shapes; and so forth. The only meaningful way to familiarize yourself with those shapes is to draw them--over and over--as they appear in life. Copying someone else's stylized version of reality is like making a photocopy of a photocopy--all you'll learn is to copy configurations of lines and values, you won't understand why they were put there, and you won't be able to apply your experience to different poses, lighting, etc.
