Firstly; Shou is a Tiger Youkai. So not only can she see in the dark like most youkai; but felines have great night vision in the first place. Secondly... she dosen't look like she is aiming in the first place. She actually is wearing the exact same look of surprise she had when Kogasa surprised her, and still holding the item aloft like she was when the attack started.
