I keep dying in Stage 4. Not even Stage 5 or 6, no, I lose (almost) all my lifes in stage 4.

I tried to timeout Mokou's last nonspell, the so-called "Rings of Death." I got it down to 8 seconds left and died stupidly. Well that was only my second attempt, so I'm still proud of myself I guess. That attack used to scare the crap out of me.

Ugh... Tried a few more times and managed one other 1 miss timeout. Yeah the stage gets old fast, and this attack is right near the end. I wish there were other spells I could do as practice for this one, but it's actually kind of unique (which is a tragedy).

Well I tried to time out Nue's last spell. I wasn't expecting the speed boost near the end...
It may still be doable, but, as with Mokou's nonspell, it's at the end of a very long stage.

Improvements allowed me to now reach the end of stage 5 (almost passed the last spell!).
I still don't see a clear way to 1cc though, due to the large amount of resources I have to burn through to pass Okuu <- damn you.
Stage 1 - no death
Stage 2 - no death
Stage 3 - 2 stupid deaths
Stage 4 - 4 deaths !! (the first 2 could prob have been avoided...)
Stage 5 - 3 deaths --> game over

To get to Okuu with reasonable amount of resource (> 2 lives), I would have to no death stage 3 and 1 death stage 4...
Sounds quite difficult!!

One more attempt at TD hard no bombs with Marisa... Death on 2nd Yoshika spell (the easiest one) and 3 deaths on Seiga fight wich i actually trained to pass deathless. Game over at 2nd Miko nonspell. I need to pass first 4 stages without deaths to be sure i may 1CC it.

Alternatives:

1) Fight Eirin instead.
2) Get so good at the rest of the game apart from the Stage 4 boss that you get to Kaguya with near infinite resources and can't possibly lose.

Okay, what the hell is the deal with UFO's going into completely different directions during actual runs than during practice? Seriously, why the fuck do I even bother figuring out optimal routes if they completely fuck up my run by straying off from their usual paths for no goddamn reason?

Edit: Of course, I contributed my fair share, too, less time raging and more time concentrating would have done me good in more than one situation. Still, I don't know what influences whether a UFO is going to go left or right. 100+ runs in practice in which the UFO always goes left and in the actual run it suddenly goes right, which is bad if I need to misdirect a lot of stuff and move in circles and what not.

Edit 2: Okay, that went a little better, now that I wasn't expecting things to go 100% according to plan - Game Over during Byakuren's penultimate Spellcard, as opposed to Shou's third Spellcard. Finally got all the info on Byakuren I wanted, but damn, she moves fast during that Spellcard, though I'm very, very sure I can use that to my advantage, maybe even more so than on Hard.

Either way, at least Stage 6 has not suddenly turned into a giant death trap, which is good.

Lost another perfect MoF extra stage to Froggy Braves the Elements.
WHY is all the hard stuff at the end of of a mostly trivial boss fight, after an exceedingly annoying stage which always makes me restart some half dozen times.

Oh fun 158M stage then double KO Suwako's opener.
