Here are some pictures from my place on the private SMP server I play on.  They're a little dated but still pretty close.  I give you... the Tengu Hideout.

Outside of the lake and waterfall, the landforms are pretty much as-generated by the game.  I like the kind of crazy and unusual landforms Minecraft will generate.  By the way, if you haven't figured out yet, I like wolves.  ^.^

Anyway, these were taken using the Jolicraft texture pack.

Hey, I'm using the same skin right now for my secondary account! :3 Aside from the face- edited it just a tiny bit. Also, lovely pictures!

Minecraft should have been ported to the WiiU instead.

^

Granted, Notch may or may not have known about the Wii U when he made the decision for Xbox exclusivity. I could see it being a delayed exclusive (Xbox exclusive for (X) time, then it moves elsewhere, too).

Also: shit yeah, man.

Oh, I meant her Momiji skin, not her texture pack! :>

Edit: If anyone would like to play on a server with:
* Multi-world support (Basically playing on two servers at the same time)
* A competent, reasonable server owner and moderators (Self-explanatory)
* Some of the best griefer protection around (LWC, WorldGuard AND LogBlock for maximum protection)
* The use of virtually all clientside plugins allowed, (Flying, xray mods, xray texture packs, minimaps, etc)
* Six times the normal size of coal and iron deposits + two times the size of diamond ones (On the main world, though not on the second world)
* A world on the server that seems like it was taken straight out of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (A nearly endless ocean dotted with small and large islands alike)
* A small playerbase, (Very few regulars, oftentimes only 0-2 people on, so if you're shy or hate joining servers and being another nameless face in the crowd, this server's for you)
* Unique terrains that you won't see anywhere else made with the Phoenix Terrain Mod (Everything from snow biomes + ocean that stretch on for several, several thousands of blocks in all directions, more floating islands than you can shake a stick at in some places, etc)
* Impossibly large dungeons made with the mcDungeon plugin to test your inner adventurer (Each dungeon comes complete with several instanced chests scattered around different floors, meaning that the chest will always replenish itself with loot after a set amount of time and probably won't ever have the exact same loot twice)
* And more!

Then PM me for the IP! I'd post it here, but due to LogBlock not functioning correctly for moderators at the moment, yeah. I'd like to keep the griefing to even more of a minimum than usual.

1. Adventure Mode apparently will come with 1.7

2. The seed "Kalkofes Mattscheibe" generates a dungeon under sand and a lava sea pretty close to your spawn point. And if the things in a chest don't change randomly, you can get a bucket pretty quickly, too.

3. I discovered that building a shelter in a sand biome is a pretty good thing to do. Why? Cacti, that's why.

The current video certainly ended weird. Can't really decide whether or not it was staged.

So I just rendered my SMP world, both overworld and nether sides, with Tectonicus.  Holy crap it took forever, but wow does it look good.  And the Google Maps interface is pretty awesome.

Go home everyone, minecraft is over.

By the way, demonstration video of the official Pistons in 1.7.

They nerfed pistons to hell though. I tried the mod and it was great fun. Piston launch transport and TNT cannons was the best thing, and they've made it impossible, because it "didn't feel natural" ... thanks guys. Because punching trees to make workbenches from and fighting zombies happens everyday.

Just like how you can make planks with one piece of wood, and said planks can be made into even SMALLER planks hinting at the those four planks you got from one piece of wood was about the same size as the wood itself?

Equivalent exchange be damned.

I have started to ever so slowly try to make a Touhou texturepack. What i have managed to do so far are Yoshika zombies, donation box chests and cherry tree saplings. I am terrible at drawing this stuff too so the things i have changed look like shit. My god this is tedious but luckily, im just doing this as a fun little thing whenever im bored.

Guys, 1.7 came out!

And considering how hyped it was, it... looks kinda lame. Yeah, the pistons are now out, but now you need an item to get wool from sheep and redstone became nessecary to trigger TNT.

Also, Herobrine got removed. Again.

Seriously, I thought they finally added the Adventure Mode...
