I've always wondered what happens to a human (from the human village) when they die in Gensokyo. There is Hell, but there is Hakugyokurou too. Theories, anyone?

Well, Perfect Memento specifically states that Shikieki is the yama primarily in charge of judging for Gensokyo (though Shikieki has to judge for lots of other places too) so presumably they go to Shikieiki for judgement and thus get sent where ever after that as appropriate to their life's deeds.

I know about Shikieiki, but what about the decreased's body, since I heard that only the soul is taken before the Yama while the body is taken by Orin to fuel Old Hell.

Mokou runs a cremation business on the side. The Aki Sisters can take a few normal burials :V

Orin can't be the only kasha in the world anyway.

Well, she wouldn't have been doing that while they were all still underground before SA, right? Plus, going above ground to find some bodies sounds like a lot of effort; I doubt that she goes back and forth that often.

Kasha carrying them off isn't the only way bodies are disposed of, I'm sure most of the time the dead are buried.

It's a group of crazy conspiring humans, simply put. Their aim is to find out the secrets of Gensokyo so that when "humans take over Gensokyo" they will be able to teach people about their origins. In other words, no youkai (or many humans) take them seriously. They aren't a threat, they're utterly naive and almost cute in how unknowing they are despite attempting to "search for the truths". Keine briefly opened a history school to teach people their history but no humans wanted to join anyways. It's pretty silly.

You can read pretty much everything (what little exists) ever mentioned in any Touhou official work about that secret society in Keine's Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red interview. It's never mentioned anywhere else, really.

As for Gensokyo's dead bodies, Rinnosuke says that most of them are cremated these days (I forget which chapter of COLA he says that. One of the early ones, though), because most youkai have stopped corpse eating because it's uncivilized or something. (....Gensokyo's youkai of today really are a lot less savage than they used to be)

It's possible since I don't remember it being high in print, but you could always ask Forza.

待宵 is supposed to be the "night of the fourteenth day of the eighth month of the lunar calendar" (or 8/14; it's mentioned here), or basically the night before mid-autumn (8/15, usually when harvest festivals take place). There's also the definition of "night where one waits for someone who is supposed to come", though I don't think that's as relevant to Imperishable Night.

The decision to translate it as "paschal moon" feels kind of arbitrary , but I do vaguely recall there being some reason to translate it that way (though I can't remember where I saw it).

It's easy enough to translate Kaguya's card as something like "End of Imperishable Night -Night before the Harvest-" but using the same translation for Youmu's Last Word is a bit unwieldy. ?_?
