>You make your way into the faerie horde, picking your way around groups and dodging around faeries chasing each other on the ground and in the air. You can see a few low fires here and there, with various pots, kettles, and an improvised griddle on them.
>Approaching Renko, you can see she is conversing with three faeries, sitting on the ground in a loose circle. One you recognize as Daiyousei, with her green hair and dragonfly-like wings. Another you recall from before, a tall faerie with blue-white hair and wings that look like icicles. The third is unfamiliar, she wears a star-dotted blue dress with white sleeves and has long black hair. You notice Renko has the Bottle of Soft Light and the Black Cube in front of her.
>You could probably just walk up to any of the places where cooking is happening and ask.

EDIT:

Renko asking what would happen when it breaks would suggest otherwise. Coming up with a more... benign way to make use of it might not be a bad idea, but there's no one we could really get away with asking about it.

>You approach a nearby fire. A couple of taller faeries preside over it, ladling out servings of breakfast rice and salted fish.
>"Hey!" says on of the faerie, a red-haired one with a kerchief tied over her head. "It's you! Other Dai's lover!"
>"I thought it was Dai and Other Dai?" says the other faerie, a stout one with muted pink hair.
>"No no, that's not how it works at all!" the other says, putting her hands on her hips.

>As she does, the taller faerie prepares some fish, while looking over toward another set of faeries giving out breakfast nearby and shouting "Hey! Mint Leaf! Look who we got!"
>A green-haired faerie glances over, then makes a gesture toward the taller faerie that you are pretty certain is obscene from her dirty expression. The taler faerie cackles, while handing you your food. "There you go!"

>You accept your breakfast, and notice a grievous lack of utensils. Upon asking about them, the pink-haired faerie looks around, and frowns. "Just a moment." She turns toward the crowd and shouts, "Hyacinth!"
>A few moments pass, before a faerie in a green dress and a maid's headband descends with a drawer full of chopsticks. An actual drawer taken from a counter somewhere. "There you go!"
>You collect a set, and return to Renko, who is still talking with the other three faeries.

>Not immediately. But there are a lot of faeries about, and you haven't really looked.

>"Calm down Cirno," says Renko, as motions to the last faerie, "And this is Star Sapphire."

I'm pretty sure this is less fairy logic and more Gensokyo logic. I mean, the sun's on a freaking floating island, and closer to the Earth than the Moon is for crying out loud
