Note:  A simulacrum is basically a step up from zombie status to a frozen statue.  Because of this, they can't handle fire well.  Regardless, cold steel and hard rock.

Deep Elf Knight VS Hell-Hog
Note:  It's a pig.  That breathes fire.  And has wings.  And it's from hell.  Makes total sense.  The deep elf is basically an armored elf with a sword and shield.  Not nearly as fast as its superior counterpart, deep elf blademaster.
