My strategy for SA: Restart if I die AT ALL or miss any life fragments on the first three stages, or more than once on stage 4. Then bomb like it's SoEW upon reaching Orin.

EDIT: And suddenly, I'm unable to play. I keep dying on stage ONE over and over and over... Then if I reach stage 2, I'm almost guaranteed to screw up Parsee's first card somehow... Stage 3?

MY GOD!!! I can't stand this anymore. I get to Byakuren 2/2, confident. Fuck. Then nerves get in the way. Shit. I bomb on the freaking 2nd wave, then I go through and the reds start coming out before Byakuren is down to 33%. Fuck fuck fuck. I survive and then I die with 2 bombs although she only has a SLIVER of life left. FUCK.

Fun Fact: The idea behind dealing with Yumeko's streams ~~are~~ is quite simple. You have to swap directions at the right time. However, the window (of execution) is quite small. Especially when you go against the blue streams with "randomly generated" lasers. Also, it seems like I can record at full speed, so yay? :V

After some (estimated; very accurately) number crunching, the probability of me perfecting Yumeko can be defined as:

P(Winner at Life)	= .90^2 * .95^3 * .80^3 * .99 * .25^3 * .50 * .99
	= 4.08 * 10^-3
	= 0.00408 (0.408%)

Hence, I have a 0.408% chance to perfect Yumeko. Expect many, many restarts for a Perfect Stage 5. I'm estimating about 250 restarts on Yumeko alone, and maybe another 50 or so on the stage. This is just about as frustrating as SA Stage 5 Lunatic; just swap the numbers for the stage and Boss!Orin.

I reached nue's 2nd to last spell for the first time with 3 lives, so I thought it was easy but proved trickier than I expected, no problem I just lose a life... but then I tried to bomb twice and it didnt happen due to my FUCKING keyboard wiring. causing me to reach the last spell with 0 lives instead of 2. her last one is so easy but as it was my first time I had to die at least once. I don't get this. AT ALL.
I beat Ichirin with 3 lives and 0 bombs, then I somehow run on these supplies all the way to Byakuren's third card.

If I could beat Ichirin with 7-8 lives, I could have 6 lives on Byakuren.
Which would be overkill.

I just don't understand how bad I suck anymore.... every single time it is one freaking thing which prevents me from clearing UFO extra.

But this one just blew my mind. I reach nue with 5 lives and 1 bomb (I dont know how that is for awesome players, but thats pretty much my max) then I go and capture every single thing, I play my tactic perfectly (bomb the 3rd non-card because it is too dangerous) get my 6th life and go all the way to Undefined Darkness.... I had 16 attempts and 3 captures, I can totaly do it, its a nasty card but defintely doable....... and then I died... and again..... and again....... and another time.... oh and I used a bomb. FOUR lives and 1 bomb on a single spell card..

a card I can freaking capture, but no... I lose FOUR lives on it, 4!! I don't think I've ever raged as much as I have today.... Gonna take a break now, I will defintely clear this today

Well, still no progress in the VoWG no focus using Marisa challenge.

It's frustrating. I know I can do it, but I keep being extremely unlucky and/or stupid.
For instance, there was one time that I ran into a wave THAT I ALREADY DODGED because I went down too fast to reposition myself.

I timed it out a few times unfocused though, I guess that's something. $:-\$

Failed UFO Hard 1cc.
Went for stage practice.

Captured Magic Milky Way and Devil's Recitation.
Next run, failed Air Scroll 5 times. Rage.
Next run, didn't capture anything. Failed her opener. RAAAAAAAAAGE
Next run, death on stage opener.....let's try again....
.....and another death.

I guess that when you rage so much that want to CRUSH A HUMAN SKULL with BARE HANDS, you play like crap.

ARGH!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL WHAT THE HELL WHAT THE HELL?! I get through the first four stages of SA with ONE death total! ONE! No life fragments missed! I reach stage 5 with a freaking TON of lives! I get through it all with about half the amount I enter with, even considering the life fragments I gained. Then I die twice on stage 6 before even reaching Utsuho... I'm at my last life as her third card begins, but with the life fragment, I'll get a spare. I die before I can reach the PoC. ARGH!!!

This is the end of my OMFingG I FINALLY MADE IT THROUGH ICHIFRICKINGRIN AND MURASA run.

Notice the location of the life pieces here as well as how many fractions of life I needed for an Extend.

Not coincidentally, this is also the beginning of my continuespam through Byakuren, in which I failed Magic Butterfly every time (!?) and captured Magic Milky Way every time but once. MMW is actually pretty easy if you know what the lasers do...

If you make an effort to get as far through the bullet curtain as you can during the slowdown, it gets a bit easier.
If you try to dodge it from the bottom, you're asking to get hit.

ARGHH!!! What the hell is with PoFV?! T_T Dear god, there is NO invulnerability time after death, you can release a level 2 at the EXACT same time you get hit and still take damage...

And just a bit ago, I get to stage 7 without dying. Two deaths to Aya, pretty much got tossed straight in the Sanzu River when I fight Komachi as she takes out my last three lives like it was nothing... ARGH!!!

EDIT: THREE DEATHS TO AYA ARGH!!! ...Why isn't Mokou in PoFV? Because I REALLY want some roasted Tengu right now.
