PCB Stage 4 is one of the most annoying 4th Stages in Touhou.

It's only less annoying then MoF i think, and maybe UFO.

IMO, it's the single most annoying stage to retry. Not because it's a bad stage, it's quite fun... but unless I'm mistaken it must have the single longest stage section in any Touhou stage (possibly barring Extras). :V

Welp, capped Misayama Hunting Shrine Ritual with ReimuA for the Donut challenge. Rage because I was thinking 'oh I used to have trouble with this but I'm a Lunatic player now and this is a Normal card so it should be easy, right?' and then that did not happen at all. I dislike this card quite a lot.

And now I have a random urge to test my no focus skills, so I'm going to try VoWG Hard unfocused. So, er, pre-emptive rage for that too, I guess. :V

Not awfully hard IMO ... But as far as I've seen it's claustrophobic and requires you to move -really quickly- through the tiny gaps. Talk about silly deaths

Thiiiiiiiiiiis. That one, I auto-bomb for real. Nazrin Pendulum at least I feel like I should be able to do it and I just fail so I've turned it into an auto-bomb just for safety.

I think I've never captured Kogasa Train on Easy, and once on Normal. I know how it's supposed to be done, but I can't really actually do it.

I haven't played UFO in a while... I'd better try it later to make sure I don't get too rusty.

I was doing another PCB run, got to the Prismrivers 4/4.

died twice with four bombs to Merlin's opener and STILL had to bomb it three times

after dying two more time I quit

Let's see .... so I shouldn't be too ashamed at having 8/30 on normal, but 1/75 on easy? -.-

And Nazrim Pendulum .. the rage-worthy part there for me is that it's an autobomb for me on hard, but I've gotten semi-consistent on capturing Cirno's mid and Letty's first card in PCB lunatic.

Just don't talk to me about Letty's second card -- curvy lasers can die.

Yeah, but I'm playing on Easy where there's seriously like no little bullets on the pendulum card. I just manage to clip them anyway, it's embarassing. :V

Misdirect the bubble bullet and plant yourself in the holes of the small ones... At least, that's how I do it.

Edit: I'm an Easy/Normal player, so I don't know if it's the same on Lunatic.

About the only way Shou could be more broken is if she used SoEW lasers for everything. (IE: Sprite half the size of the hitbox, not to mention far from small sprite)

SoEW does not have hitboxes. The game will randomly decide whether or not to kill you when you are near a bullet. :V

SoEW seems to have a penchant for doing bullshit strange things. I've had an aimed bullet shoot an aimed bullet at me after going halfway down the screen.

Not to mention that Kurumi shoots bullets at you before the fight starts (At least on Lunatic she does). That would be epic if PC-98 games didn't time-stop during conversation.

And yeah, in SoEW sometimes I just have to go "OKAY THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN WAS EMPTY HOW DID I DIE". God dammit Evil Eye Sigma. Oh, and the Magic Stone's randomly(?) placed insta-spawn lasers. What the hell. And Mima's final phase with hitboxes 1.5x as big as the bullets~

Was getting kinda bored so decided to do my last ufo extra run of the night. Reach nue with 5 lives 2 bombs, nice I can totally do it with this!
