Tewi obediently does as you say, pulling out a few more coins and flipping them all, as they all land on heads. Apparently her luck is even worse than random now.

"Wha... you replaced my coins. That's it. These coins are rigged. Ha, thought you could trick Tewi, did ya!" She says, quite triumphantly.

Tewi kneels down and stares at the coins for a moment, verifying that they ARE her coins. She's still kind of struck dumb.

As you step out the door, Tewi seems to regain her senses. Kind of. You hear a loud BASH as the door starts to rattle, and you can hear her enraged voice through the door, quite clearly shouting "I'll kill you! When I get the chance, I will kill y--" The door suddenly opens and she stumbles out. For about half a second, she starts into a lunge at your neck before a heavy anchor comes right down on her head, knocking her out cold in an instant. As the confusion ends, you see Murasa looking rather peeved, the door handle in one hand and her anchor in the other.

"Doesn't she realize people are trying to sleep? What a troublesome prisoner..."

Byakuren sighs. "It seems that one of the visitors to this temple will be a troublesome one, does it not? I hope we can get through to her. I hate to say it, but almost anyone would probably react in the same way if their prized way of life were to be taken from them." Then she suddenly gives a mischievous grin. "Besides, she promised not to escape, didn't she? When the first coin struck heads, that is?"

Murasa simply sighs and drags the unconscious Tewi back into her room. Once that's done, she comes back out and says "Shouldn't you sleep too? Got a long day and night ahead of you."

Byakuren gives a serene smile and leads you towards an open door. "I apologize for the furnishings... outside of those who live here, the Myouren Temple's guest rooms are all quite similar." The room inside has a small writing table, furnished with paper and ink, and a soft twin-size bed, along with a wardrobe to put clothing in. It's actually not bad, for a guest room.

Mokou grins. "Hey, thanks! Now I can get out of this damn dress." She takes the shirt and, thankfully, leaves without taking off the dress there. Once alone, you start slipping off into sleep.

You wake up, and from what you can tell, the sun's already high in the sky. You get ready and slip out the door. You don't actually see many people, just Nazrin watching from the door and a yamabiko sweeping up in the courtyard.

Nazrin gives a grin. "Breakfast? That was a wee bit ago. You slept in, sorry to tell you. Reimu's joined Shou and the magicians in setting up lunch. I didn't really keep track of where the others went."

Nazrin shrugs. "Whatever you want, I'm just here to welcome Temple visitors. Kitchen's that way," she points you in towards the heart of the temple. A short journey in shows the quite crowded and chaotic kitchens, full of magicians, dolls, Shou trying to roast a chicken (and constantly getting distracted), and Reimu and Marisa arguing over what looks to be a meat pie. From what you can glean, they're arguing over what sort of vegetables to include with the pork in the pie. Reimu's insistent on a more traditional approach, while Marisa seems to be suggesting all sorts of vegetables that YOU certainly wouldn't put in a pie.

To be honest, you seem to have a huge selection. You have at least two varieties of cabbage, some spinach, some cucumber and eggplant, a small pile of chives alongside a set of several green onions, some radishes and sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes? Must be one of Marisa's ingredients), and for some strange reason a small pile of chestnuts. Marisa grins.

"I suggested the nuts!"

Reimu sticks out her tongue at Marisa after your instructions. Marisa sticks her tongue back out, before turning around, sullen. "I still think it'd be good with nuts." Ignoring Marisa, Reimu happily puts the ingredients you suggested in, slipping the pie into a ceramic stove. Meanwhile, it seems that Shou has finally stopped getting distracted, and Alice is making... well, everything. Having that many dolls can be very useful.

Waiting for lunch doesn't take long, Soon everyone gets arranged in a rather large temple dining room, which still manages to be crowded due to all the people in it. You grab your plateful of food, of course, and now have the option of... do I really have to list all of them to sit nearby. Anyone in particular?

You tear into your food with vigor as you realize that you haven't actually eaten a meaningful meal since about noon yesterday. It takes you easily more than a plateful, but you're finally satisfied as Byakuren, sitting at the head of the table, taps her glass with a fork.

"Since we're all here anyway... I believe at least some of you are preparing for battle against Eientei?" A murmur of nods fills the room.

Byakuren nods. "What's your plan for this? We should probably get something figured out before you go charging in willy-nilly. I thought I would suggest organizing into small groups of two people - that way, you can obtain some modicum of organization while still keeping a lot of flexibility." She then chuckles. "That, and I've heard such a setup is good for breaking into Eientei."

As you say this, Reimu's face darkens a bit. She stands up. "I'll go with you," she says, "I've been meaning to talk to her anyway." Byakuren nods, and motions the two of you away. "Don't worry," she says, "I'll handle the composition of many of the groups. I actually have a few good ideas in mind, hehe."
