Shiku growls at you again. "You think I can't handle it? I'm an adult too, you know!" Yup, definitely teenage. She does look to the side after a moment, muttering something you can't quite here. You do catch "...took Marisa to...", though.

She looks sullen, but nevertheless replies in the affirmative. "Fine, we'll go. I suppose it's better than sitting around in the Forest all day." Neneru laughs happily, then whistles loudly. From the trees, you can see the small foxgirl watching all of you. From Neneru you hear "don't worry, she's like that around new people. I'm sure she'll come out eventually."

Not too much. You know it's called Mayohiga, and that many have seen more than a few cats there before. You also know it's by and large abandoned. There are rumors that Yukari has made her home there, but... what with it being Yukari, rumors can only ever be rumors.

Shiku shrugs. "The usual things. We eat, we have fun. We scare any humans stupid enough to enter the forest. I try to teach them every once in a while but that doesn't go well... I'm no teacher. Every so often, we take our loot to the shop at the edge of the forest and sell it. You know... life."

Neneru nods, clearly enthusiastically learning. "So then, it was the two non-rabbits who hid the moon and made the night longer? Why'd they do that?"

From previous conversations with Eirin, you know that she put up the fake moon to hide the Earth from someone on the moon, but you never did get the specifics as to whom, or why.

Mokou laughs. "Yeah, we all know Kaguya isn't the brains of that group." Neneru wiggles around a bit, excited. "That's awesome! Are we gonna get to go meet them? They sound really cool!"

Reimu chuckles. "They'll get to Reimu-meet them all right."

Neneru nods with a smile. "Kind of like how the dollmaster comes to beat up Marisa every once in a while? Because she does that a lot."

You can see it in the distance. For some reason, you also start to tingle all over a bit. There's no immediate outward reason why this would be.

The city itself looks as abandoned as ever, without much more than a few stray cats wandering the city. At least, this is your viewpoint from outside.

The others around you nod, and Mima laughs a bit.

"Oh, isn't that wonderful? That's the sign of great magic being performed somewhere nearby. The stronger or nearer the magic, the stronger it'll get. Just what kind of spell are they performing, I wonder... I want to get in on it!"

You're now nearing the gates of the city, and as Mima predicted, the tingling is getting stronger.

You attempt to follow the tingling sensation, but only make it a little way inside the city before a rabbit-eared girl jumps in front of you. Her black hair waves as she stares you down with a confident grin, flipping a coin from one hand to another. You'd know Tewi Inaba anywhere.

"So, Keine, what brings you to Mayohiga? Long way from the village, isn't it?"
