No you do not start with flight and danmaku. Those will be things that will eventually be introduced to the characters. And they will have to train to achieve those things.

So an Expy is a copy hm. Maybe some are. Those NPOCs usually are there to be a friend/rival to someone else.

As for the closest to black. See uh...Nue for that color. The next closest being a dark brown adorned by Reimu, Utsuho, and Murasa. While Nue shares her color with Kaguya, Star, Tewi, Aya, Konngara, 2 of my NPOCs and Sanaya.

She wont be able to mimic all abilities. Or atleast she shouldn't try to.

Just because she's capable of using an ability doesn't mean she knows how to properly employ it. Things like Koishi's subconscious manipulation or Yukari's border manipulation she technically can mimic, but she knows better than to try it, because there's no telling what she might end up doing. So yeah, she won't be using things like that.

Ability: Die hard. Really hard to kill (for a human that is), Wont stay down, See Sergeant Rock.
Occupation: Aspiring Hermit (More like a Ranger though)
Appearance: A medium sized human with brown hair/green eyes. Wears a Brown over coat over green and tan pants with back pack on his back and quiver on his side, a wide brim green metal helmet from the outside world and found by him is almost always on his head.
Personality: A silent Aid unlooked for. Level headed but not very knowledge able outside of nature. He is willing to help anyone in need of aid who cannot help themselves.
Back-story: Once a farm boy on the outskirts of the village, a fire ended wiped his family home from the map. He however was hunting alone in the forest at the time and returned to find his home gone. He decided to stake out into the wilderness and live on his own in the woods. Years later a rumor spread through the Village of a mysterious force helping lost travelers in the forest and making a hungry presence Vanish with the sound of a twang. Lately a mysterious figure clad like the forest can be seen in the trees looking at the village and vanishing in an instant.

Other: Ozz has a bag of Camping equipment always on hand. He is a skilled archer with a short bow (as skilled as Mongolians) and also proficient with hatchets. He can use simple native spells but is most proficient with Fire, wind and Healing spells. One of his favorite tricks is to cast a delayed spell onto an arrow or hatchet and cast it as it hits the target.

Unlike with the Player profiles, I can reject these on ANY basis. These will be characters I will be using when I see fit.

doop doop doop SURE THING~ I decided to do the appearance in a format that you can use to quickly sprite the characters for your convenience. Well, I'm just following the PatchCon spritesheet "template" you linked to, at least? So I dunno xD

Name: Yamagishi Youko
Appearance: Just use Sakuya's hair, that's basically what Youko's hair is. Her clothing is basically Meiling's clothing except colored red and white instead of green and white. The eyes are typical, colored a dark shade of green. As for leg style, just nab Meiling's. Same with the arms.
Other: Youko is Senri's true mother, who used some form of magic or sorcery in order to have Senri be borne of another woman who was a close friend of his father's. Youko is a senri, the highest form of a bakeneko, which is why she is unable to reproduce normally. Due to this, Senri is mortal, but it didn't really matter, he still had the aptitudes of his real mother and his father. She fights using wakizashi, throwing knives and kunai if she must, though she would much rather resort to trickery and her wit.

Name: Yamagishi Aika
Appearance: Has the same shade of silver hair as Senri, but instead of it being kept in twintails, it's just straight hair, it's comparable to the length of Kaguya Houraisan's hair, complete with hime-cut. Unlike her little brother who wears the fancy-shmancy, Aika is wearing a rather modest pre-dominantly black dress (see: Youmu's dress, except black). Her eyes are green in color (see: Parsee) and she is unusually petitein build  for her age (see: Youmu), nevertheless, she is considerably strong in that regard, taking after her father in that respect.
Other: Aika is Senri's older sister, well-trained in the art of using naginata. Often, the two spar under the watchful eye of their father. It should be worth noting that Aika is far more into combat than Senri is. Unlike Senri, Aika was found abandoned in the Bamboo Forest, and was taken in by Youko and the father.
