I say we pull a Dragon Ball and just fly straight into the dust cloud and punch it, sending it halfway across the planet. And then kicking it back.

Sadly, We cant teleport, which sucks. Would'va been awesome though.

I'd advise against punching the cloud because we might accidentally punch an ally or we might be counter-attacked hard if something goes wrong.
