"Flandre' - Taboo "Lavatein" slows an additional 2%, and stacks once more." is ridiculously broken. 70% aspd/mspd slow (practically a permaslow, about as troll as Letty's ult) is DEFINITELY not something Flandre should have, especially since this item is only 4350 - about 950 gold cheaper than Frozen Frog, and gives better stats.

I would suggest either -
*clones last 2-3 seconds longer
*clones have extra 5% atk
or if you want to keep the bonus for laevateinn -
*Laevateinn gives additional 5/10/15/20 chaos damage per strike.

on the other hand,Kaguya-"Help Me Eirin!" requires 4/3/2/1 second(s) channeling time. seems really weak. 2 seconds is usually enough to rescue someone, assuming they aren't made of paper with only 1k hp. I would suggest an extra 20/30 damage per danmaku pillar (140/210 in total), passive change to 17% + 150 MP, or reducing cooldown of her ward by 15 or so seconds.

Okey dokey, I lowered the price by 200 gold, Rikter Orin's buff means damage, I'm sorry you were confused that it was attack speed, even though there wasn't any mention of attack speed.
Changed Flandre's buff to "Clones get 3/6/9/12 bonus chaos damage from leveling Laevateinn"
Changed Kaguya's to Imperishable Night "Rising World" needs 16%+150 mana to revive.
Eiki changed from 5-current guilt to 8-current guilt
Rumia's effect increased to 8%.

Not sure what to do about Yamame though.  I definitely do not want to buff spiders further.

When in doubt about Yamame, call Amra. :V
1) Increase chance of Miasma
2) Let it rebounce to already afflicted
3) Increase number of bounces.

Or do something about ult. Like, adds damage equal to Yamame's with each use. Basically a free attack with each cast.
Or do something with Net. Increase AoE, make it so that netted units also randomly net one unit adjacent (increased duration of disable if one person gets netted multiple times due to RNG)
Or make the innate's damage come out faster.

Hina's is a little weak, since they bork so often. Give them a small amount of damage reduction as well, maybe? 15 or so. Or improve the percentages on link or spin.
Satori's is also a little meh.
Aya's is kinda useless.
Hatate's is ridiculous.

Okay Yamame will now.. Um... Her innate does 10% damage as disease but now only lasts 6 seconds... No.. Um... Lasts 15 seconds and is.. 6.5%.  That sounds about right.

Satori's is about right I think.  Extra 140 damage, another .2 second stun, and it's a lot more powerful in teamfights when everyone is spamming.  It's probably about fine.

Aya is tough, but I'll change it to "Illusionary Dominance stuns for one second whenever you hit someone."

Hatate is also fine.  She remains as weak as ever to disables.  :V

I could have sworn I saw attack speed there.

And giving Aya a disable is just no. While they already have one it is at least not very good.

Tornado speed rape is enough for Aya's purposes. Really, all domination stun serves to do is be redundant. Unless she perfectly hits someone in the midst of dash, she takes a second to get to them anyway. So it's either dash next to someone and rape, dash past someone, walk to them, then rape, or somehow perfectly land a dash slightly past someone and rape more than usual. What you gonna do?

Also, if it lasts 15 seconds, be specific about the interval. Normal poison lasts for 12s, does 5% per tick, and ticks every 2s.

I imagine it'll tick every 1.5 seconds, so instead of 6 tics it'll do 10 tics as well.

And Aya will now have a uh... Agi multiplier becomes .9/1.1/1.3/1.5 for Wind God Fan.

I'd like to submit this idea by Saturday as well, so please complain about what you don't like now :V

Well bear with me, at the point where she gets a smoking dude(or more likely a camera) and this item, it does only about an extra 55 or so extra damage.  Or would it better if I made it increased by .2 instead of .3?

Then the bonus damage would only be like, 30 or so.  Magic damage mind you, so reduced by innate hero defense and zun glasses.

A 5v5 map can be played 6v6 style as well I guess? But seeing WC3 standard has 10 player slots at max? Or do they have more?
