Innate
Darkness "Dark Cycle"
Grants EX-Rumia 10% evasion rate and an additional 10% magic damage resistance.

D
Dark Faith "Infernal Slice"
Instantly teleports to the targeted location and causes damage to units in the immediate vicinity.

Cast range: 600
Mana cost: 65
Cooldown: 7/6/5/4s

Level 1: Does 120 magic damage.
Level 2: Does 160 magic damage.
Level 3: Does 200 magic damage.
Level 4: Does 240 magic damage.

Dark Sleep "Dark Rest"
Causes EX-Rumia's surroundings to darken while she sleeps for 4s and recovers a large amount of hp. EX-Rumia is invulnerable for the duration of the spell.

Mana cost: 100
Cooldown: 25s

Level 1: Recovers 125hp.
Level 2: Recovers 200hp.
Level 3: Recovers 275hp.
Level 4: Recovers 350hp.

Midnight "Horrible Night"
Passively increases attack damage and grants bonus damage during the night.

Level 1: Adds 34 damage and an additional 14% damage during the night.
Level 2: Adds 51 damage and an additional 21% damage during the night.
Level 3: Adds 68 damage and an additional 28% damage during the night.
Level 4: Adds 85 damage and an additional 35% damage during the night.

I See Only Darkness
EX-Rumia's attacks have a chance of causing darkness and killing her target.

Level 1: For every 1.0% of hp that the target is missing, EX-Rumia has a 0.12% chance of killing her target on attack.
Level 2: For every 1.0% of hp that the target is missing, EX-Rumia has a 0.15% chance of killing her target on attack.
Level 3: For every 1.0% of hp that the target is missing, EX-Rumia has a 0.18% chance of killing her target on attack.

By Great Scythe of Shinigami, The blade that pierces truth and HI-tech Camera stands (does not stack with similar types) Does that mean any passive skill of the heroes or other items?

No one has anything similar to those abilities so can't tell, but having multiple of the same item wont increase the effects for them. So unless you want them for stats no point in buying multiples of them.

thx   i thougt Enlightened Sword "Rise from Delusion" (passive) and The blade that pierces truth would not stack while both reduces stats (1. armor 2. mana ) the similar part confused me^^

Base chance of getting Ex-Rumia: 1/5000
People who have effect on Ex-Rumia chance:
Rumia = 0
Yukari = .5
Tewi = .5
Hina = 2
Sakuya = .85
Koa = .85
Patchy = .85
China = .85
Flan = .85
Remi = .85
Cirno = 0.6375
Okuu = .75
Wriggle = .75
Mystia = .75

Having Rumia makes it so Ex-Rumia unobtainable, Hina trolls and makes it harder to select her.
Example of finding your chance to get Ex-Rumia
5000*.5(Yukari) = 2500
2500*.5(Tewi) = 1250
1250*.6375(Cirno) = 796.875

So if your team wants Ex-Rumia your best chance of getting her would be 1/796.875  :toot:

where is ex-rumia in dots? can you find her on the map with a hero?

No you can only get her through random, thats why i listed the chance to get her in my previous post

also no major changes to mokou, so the guide is still usable, for youmu and okuu no guides but they arent too hard to figure out

to get ex rumia i must took random and when the teammates took the heros that you post gave you a higher chance to get her.

yea they all increase the chance of getting her except for hina who makes it harder to get ex rumia, and rumia makes it impossible to get exrumia. But still best out comes is about 1/250~

Drizzle(mp regen) - increases mp of "Sword of Worry and Joy" by 5
Scarlet Mist(lifesteal) - increases mp gain of "Sword of Worry and Joy" by 5
River Mist(invisable) - increases stun of  "Sword of the Unyielding Soil" by 1 second
East Asian Rain(acid rain) - increase damage of "Scarlet Weather Rhapsody of All Humankind" by 100 damage
Spring Haze(armour) - decreases cool down of "Sword of the Divine Justice" to 240/str
Typhoon(+attack) - increases damage of  "Sword of the Unyielding Soil" by 85
Snow(slow) - increases stun of "Sword of the Divine Justice" by .6 seconds

Ok im done with this, dont bother me to play dots till the same people every game stop picking a hard carry every game. Honestly yea i can counter pick, yea i can counter with items such as iae, ghgm, hsa but having to do this every game takes the fun out it for some im sure. Also for new people to the game this shows just how easy and great these heros are and they themselves will start picking them also causing less fun and more bullshit for the other team. So unless we start handing out bans again, or people learn to actually not to pick hard carries every game im not playing. Ill keep the wiki updated and i may play with a certain few people but seriously this is getting dumb seeing aya/momiji/hatate/(pre-nerf)reisen for the past X games ive played.

Hmm I kinda feel that way more and more often. The best games of DotS I've had happened when neither team had such a hard carry but I see some people only ever play such carries. Maybe that's why I spec more than play these days or prefer playing other maps. It's still fun to poke around the map though. The wild and crazy idea to poach the resources to build a more balanced version of DotS as a game design exercise ever crossed my mind, but there're too many originality and copyright issues to bother with. Bah.

The ones most of us will agree on is aya,momiji,hatate,youmu,nitori. but other then that everyone else is manageable

Also rather then taking a poll on who to ban we should have a poll on whether we should ban girls

u mean for every agi/some str?because thats a bad item build for int heroes
Myon-i think for agis they don't need myon since their base armor is alr insane
Subdolls-only for some int who lacks escape method or benefits from aspd+int bonus
Rainbaw Llama-isn't necessary not worth the price (sukima and red Llama do better job)
HSA-situational (because HSA can't block ultimate skills)
DMT chaos-isn't necessary but some heroes benefits alot from that item (suika,yuugi,etc)
Niceboat-works best for almost every agi ingame
