That's something that didn't even cross my mind yet, but I like the idea of choosing winners for each of the characters. It's entirely possible that a person manages an awesome design for one of the server-tans, but someone else has a better design for another one, so in such a case we could choose both as respective winners.
That would also mean that people can enter with designs for one or two charas, though I suspect if you manage that much the third shouldn't be a problem either ;)
