I have a few problems with .........

I have some few problems I have with 2 touhou programs. (and 1 applocale problem)

1) I can run Danmakufu alittle on my laptop, but sometimes it crashes and the pop up window saying "Not Responding" shows up and later shuts it down (or I get forced to shut it down)

2) My english patch for TH12 dosent work properly and I end up having to play it unpatched.

3) I had someone to tell me about applocale and she said I need it to run the Touhouvenia (1st game) {and proper english patch}

Is there anyone who can help me with these problems?

As Momiji suggested, setup and use Applocale or switch the default non-Unicode program language to Japanese.

As for UFO, make sure you're running the latest official patch before applying the fan translation. Said patch is on ZUN's site.
