Imperishable Night-Dialogue/Spellcard names missing

Well, the title speaks for itself. When I run the English Patch for IN, I'm missing dialogue and spellcard names. Everything else works just fine. Is there something I'm missing?

Seems to be a the patch doesn't work as well...
This happens to me when I edited the HEX, there is why:
Touhou 8 (on my computer) was the only with no Thxe (for english patch)...
I created a new exe, edited the hex and put to load a determined file...
It works, but the spellcard wasn't showing, I think this problem was already on the patch...
Try looking other english patch

There is only one patch, from NDT.(Non-Directional Translations) and you really didnt need a hex editor.
