Sanderson's work was heavily influenced by Robert Jordan, IMO, but Sanderson has refined Jordan's tendency towards long-windedness.  On the other hand, I feel Jordan is a bit more varied as a writer.  I've followed the Wheel of Time series since the mid-nineties and it's very dear to my heart, so I try to get others to read it too.  That said, I know full well that Jordan's works are harder to get into.

Rurouni Kenshin. <_<;  Actual book-wise, whatever's on hand.  I'll regularly just stroll over to the bookshelf, grab something, and read a few chapters if I'm bored.  Most books have a few exceptionally memorable scenes that I just can't get enough of rereading.

Veal, probably.

That would be cramping on my style, thank you very much.

Name one song that you can always rely on to change your mood instantly no matter what you've been going through immediately beforehand.

Firebender, Waterbender, Earthbender? Airbenders were wiped out, no cheating.

N-Forza:

Have you actually had a Pon de Ring doughnut?

I imagine Don't Worry Be Happy would fit here, but I'm more likely to listen to something that fits my current mood, rather than try to change it.  If that makes sense.

Firebenders do lightning, right? <_<

Yes indeed.  They sold them at the Mitsuwa I sometimes when to when I lived in Illinois.  Spoiler: I prefer other donuts.
Edit: I should say they sold what were probably cheap imitations.  I haven't had one from whatever Japanese donut place made 'em famous.

Who is your favourite character in RK?

Where have you lived? Have you moved around a lot, or mostly stayed in one place?
