Another thing that annoys the hell out of me. Finish up a call with one user, user goes OH HOLD ON MY COWORKER HAS A PROBLEM TOO *passes phone*. If you have a problem why not, I dunno, CALL? Why hand the phone off, spend 20 minutes explaining your problem and then go "oh I'm not at my desk I was just in the area" so I can't help you anyways. Also telling me that you're glad I'm not in India and acting like it's a compliment is a surefire way to get on my good side. Always. ::) |
