Probation and Unfunny Limitations

What specific restrictions are placed on members who are Probated or Unfunnied?

Unfunnied = you can't post or read CPMC. Nothing else is restricted. RPG has an equivalent called Lynched.
Probated = you cannot post at all, but you can read as normal. PMs are not blocked but this is mostly so you can get in contact with the staff. If you harass via PM we have a separate group to block those privileges.
