This game has
* an informed minority.
* an uninformed majority.
* information revealed when a player is no longer alive
* is suitable for all ~~ages~~ numbers of players

This game does not have
* power roles.
* players that get removed from the game (unless modkilled)
* nights

Players who are lynched or NK'd must continue posting and have one collective vote to use in the game. Nobody leaves until the game is over.

To me it sounds more like he'll reveal harmless role flavour rather than actual affiliation. Like if scum gets lynched, rather than revealing their identity they get flipped as their safeclaim. Otherwise the whole idea of giving dead people votes is incredibly dangerous, as every mislynch/NK would give the Town a confirmed Townie to work from for a single phase. This setup doesn't make any sense if affiliation is revealed on death.

But yeah, if it's that or nothing I'll jump in anyway. >_>

Letting townies talk after their flip isn't broken. All it does is prove that their observations as to who looks scummy and who doesn't are sincere. Since they only get one vote as a group, and since they still remain a part of the uninformed majority, they only make it a bit more difficult for scum to BS the dwindling townie population in the lategame.

I'm pretty much constantly logged in, not to mention constantly in #shrinemaiden, to which I pay more attention, especially if you highlight me. You could at least have given me a poke there.

Anyway, not directly complaining. But what I'm seeing here is what I've seen on two other forums: Mafia fatigue. Too many games with not enough breaks inbetween. People lose interest.

I propose some Mafia downtime. Play something else, or nothing at all. I could perhaps whip up a Touhou edition of something we've played on another forum, which was dubbed Forum Fortress (mainly because the first version of it was based on Team Fortress 2), where it's more of a battle between two balanced sides. It only requires about ten people to still be interesting. Would there be any interest in that kind of game? I could set it up this weekend if so.
