I was watching CCS when it was Cardcaptors, so I only got the whole verbal tic idea a few years later. When I saw it in the manga afterward I saw that instead of 'hoeeee' it was written as 'phweeee'. Then DRK called for Sango to get a dolphin-sounding verbal tic, and the rest is history. |
