Eh, I wouldn't have ever gotten it anyway.
My mind wasn't on the right track.
I assumed for the entire time that there was an additional rule in the cypher, not a name.
Just annoyed is all.
I like how me being stupid and saying Hakurei actually led to someone saying the right answer though.

Your answer TBH had little to do with someone (actually myself...OK I won't brag about it) saying Kirisame, which was going to be my first answer back on page 1 but was dismissed due to the S getting in the way of the other substituted characters. It remained so through my latest guess (Nitori).
I just flung that out there since the answers were getting more Touhou-oriented and Kirisame was my first Touhou-based guess, so I put that down shortly after yours, thinking it would be very wrong.
