The thing that I find to be sad is this requirement for some small group of people needing to get government approval to run it's own "Help Japan" drive. :/

I'm glad you can help the citizens of Japan by running a drive. You are probably the only Touhou related organization to help Japanese citizens from the earthquake and tsunami.
